Il nostro favoloso santuario ecologico Big Rock nella parte orientale di Malibu offre queste viste panoramiche sull'oceano e sulle montagne con sentieri escursionistici dalla porta. Vicino alle spiagge di Santa Monica e Malibu. Tranquilla vita costiera. Luminoso, piano piano aperto, grande terrazza riscaldata con vista sull'oceano anteriore e soggiorno. Sala da pranzo con vista sull'oceano, camera familiare con angolo bar e due camere da letto offrono anche splendide viste sull'oceano. Cucina rinnovata con gamma Viking a sei fuochi e cappa, ripiani in pietra Caesar, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La master suite si apre sul cortile privato e lussureggiante e sulla piscina. Letti e materassi di lusso, dormirai comodamente! Cialde Nespresso ogni mattina o caffè premere, se preferisci. Torreggianti alberi maturi tra cui piante da frutto e resistenti alla siccità sul nuovo sistema di gocciolamento automatico. Internet ad alta velocità 300 / 300mbs. Sistema di filtrazione dell'acqua dolce della NASA Tech per tutta la casa, quindi bevi da qualsiasi rubinetto ma filtro extra in frigorifero per acqua fredda. Enorme cortile completamente recintato, bella piscina recintata, spa, doccia esterna e sauna, barbecue a gas e nuova area salotto con focolare all'aperto. Canestro da basket e tiro con l'arco. Ottimo per intrattenere! Vicino ai negozi, alle spiagge e ai ristoranti di Malibu. Facile pendolarismo a Santa Monica. Ubers ovunque. 10 minuti a piedi fino alla spiaggia di Big Rock, dove è possibile lanciare paddle board e kayak. I migliori sentieri per escursioni proprio qui a Big Rock. Minuti di auto da Topanga e Surfrider Beach. Disponibile a lungo o breve termine. Arredato. Goditi uno stile di vita bello e tranquillo.

Paradise

Better than shown in online listing! Amazing property with everything you could want. Fantastic view of ocean and mountains. Pool, sauna, hot tub and landscaping make it so peaceful. Lots of things to do in this area but hard to leave paradise. Hostess, Joanne, was most accommodating and quick to answer questions. We stayed 30 days and look forward to doing it again next Summer.

Blissful Remote Work Summer Escape

My family of 4 spent a glorious 3.5 wks at this Malibu retreat, and now that we’re back home, we have the Malibu blues. Jo’s property was exactly as described — spacious, quiet, and comfortable with incredible views and perfect weather (not too hot, not too cold). The real selling feature of this place is the backyard and that very special cabana room. My kids spent every single day after summer camp running in the yard, throwing a ball or frisbee, shooting the bow & arrow, or swimming in the heated pool. This property provided the summer escape we needed. If you’re looking for a vacay + remote work/life experience, this is the place. The kids went to camp in Pacific Palisades, which is a very easy 12 min drive down PCH. We worked from home — wifi was strong. And in the evenings and weekends, we explored Malibu, Santa Monica, LA, or hung out at the pool. Jo is a thoughtful, responsive host. Thank you for letting us make our summer memories at your place. It was magical ✨!

Great Malibu Pool Vacation

The property was exactly as described - very comfortable and private. Pool/spa/sauna with outdoor showers and east access to all rooms of the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Take the walk to the end of Seaboard Rd, leading to another mile of hiking trails and amazing coastline views. Cocktails on the front patio at sunset were especially nice. Super convenient to Santa Monica (15 minutes with no traffic) and all of Malibu. Walk on Carbon Beach, a short drive away, or Broad/Zumb Beach. Highly recommended all around, host is incredibly responsive (not that we needed much).

Magical Thanksgiving

Our family spent Thanksgiving week at this beautiful home in Malibu. The views were stunning, the pool and spa were awesome, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything we could have ever needed was provided. No detail was overlooked! Definitely recommend!!

Amazing house for the whole family

We live less than an hour away, but just wanted to get out of the house for a long weekend. This place was exactly what we were looking for. We spent half of the time in the pool and jacuzzi which I could control with my phone. Listened to music on the speaker provided. Went in the sauna and the outdoor shower was a great touch. We loved playing ping pong and I found out I am a master at archery!!! Ha!!!! There is a large yard in which the kids loved running around in. We brought along some games to play in the yard like bucket ball. We also brought an outdoor movie screen and projector and watched a movie outside after doing s’mores at the fire pit (they have all the supplies for them). I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice family oriented house in a tranquil, quite and beautiful location. Lastly, Jo was extremely responsive to all of my questions. Thank you so much!!!!!

A wonderful time

The children played in the pool and hot tub from morning until night. They loved rafts that were provided. We enjoyed the spa. We loved the fire pit at night. The house is laid out perfectly for adults and children. The manager was very helpful.

Such a lovely, peaceful home!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home in Malibu. Jo was a gracious and friendly host! Communication was a breeze and she made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Our family had a wonderful vacation there. The view of the ocean is spectacular. The pool is a sparkling, heated salt water pool and the cabana and sauna were amazing. We made s’mores at the wonderful outdoor fire place. This home has lux amenities and sophistication that adults will enjoy but also fun to be appreciated by kids - ping pong table, archery. Relaxing Malibu Getaway

We spent a week at this amazing house with our 3 young children and my parents. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The pool was lots of fun, the front patio had breathtaking views, we loved our family dinners with a view of the sunset. Jo is incredibly kind and thoughtful. We had everything we needed and more. Great place for friends and family

The owner was very responsive. We booked the house several months in advance and stayed in regular communication. She always got back to me very quickly and was very reasonable. The backyard and pool were amazing. The house was laid out very nicely for our group and was well equipped. We used the kitchen daily and cooked out quite a bit, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed ourselves and definitely would consider another stay at this property.

Spacious House Inside & Out w Amazing Views of the Ocean

My Family and I stayed here while visiting family in LA. We were 6 adults and two small children. We hosted two additional adults and two teenagers for dinners. Jo’s home was perfect for us! It had more than enough space inside and plenty of space outside. The views from the front patio were breathtaking and the backyard offered more than enough space to relax and play. Jo was extremely responsive and an excellent host. The home was very clean when we arrived and there were nespresso pods delivered for the coffee machine the night we arrived. We stayed for 6 days and the home was cleaned mid way through. We home to stay here again in the future when visiting LA!

Amazing spot for large family gathering

Jo and Colin were more than accommodating before and during our stay. We had a party of 9 for thanksgiving weekend. I was nervous because it was my family and my boyfriends family getting together for the first time. Jo was SO helpful and facetimed with me before I rented to make sure I was happy with the house. I was even able to drop off some stuff before our stay began and Colin helped me unload the car and groceries which was very kind. Definitely a house for a crew that wants to have a good time! 5 bedrooms are spacious and comfy. Kitchen has everything you need. Outdoor area is fun and beautiful. Archery, fire pit, s'mores, pool, hot tub and sauna- kept us busy !! The house is clean and makes you feel like you're at home. We were able to walk down to the beach easily. Nearby are so many fun things to do- restaurants, hiking, the beach. Jo left plenty of information for inside the house and for things to do away from the house. She was very quick to answer any questions we had over text. If you have a crew looking to have a good time in Malibu -this is the house!

A Malibu Paradise above the Pacific

Quiet. Clean. Spacious. I celebrated a milestone birthday with my wife, two other couples and my sister in this lovely home. From registration, I was in communication with Jo about her home. Beatriz the maid was also available to help, including some light shopping to have the home ready when we arrived. We had lunch at Nobu, had a Justin Bieber sighting, were photographed by the paparazzi, then arrived at the house about 5 pm and found more than we expected. The home has been smartly upgraded throughout the 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and the secret door to the cabana bedroom is a unique touch. The pool, spa and firepit all work flawlessly, and as I mentioned at the start, it is extremely quiet and peaceful. The front patio, which is heated from above, provides views even better than the pictures provide. We had morning coffee there daily. Overall, I highly recommend this Malibu oasis.

Incredible stay for 2 families

The house is beautiful, cozy, clean, modern and beachy all in one. Could easily hang at the house all day- there are so many areas to relax and watch the incredible ocean views. Location is incredible- 10-15m from all the beaches we wanted to go to including further into Malibu or down to Santa Monica. The house is thoughtfully stocked w all the essentials, plenty of beach towels. We were staying w two families, and our kids also loved the place. The owner is very responsive, and also had their cleaning crew come in the middle of our stay to freshen up the place. Would 100% recommend it. Also the owner was very responsive, left plenty of instructions for all the gadgets.

This property has everything for a relaxing family, beach and California vacation retreat!

The owners and attention to detail were what made this property so great. It had everything needed to make the stay perfect and so comfortable that you will not want to leave. The house was even stocked with unexpected extras like champagne/strawberries, fresh flowers, supplies for s’mores, emergency toiletries, gourmet coffee, wireless speakers, and plenty of towels for the hot tub/sauna. The owners were available anytime and checked in just to make sure everything was as excepted. The best personal vacation rental I have ever used. I would go back tomorrow!

Wonderful property. We loved the location and the view from the front lounge area was great. The house was very clean and maintained. We also really liked the pool, sauna and hot tub. Cooking in the kitchen was easy and a delightful experience. Overall a great place to stay...
