Private, gated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath Spanish cottage with lush garden. This home has Saltillo tiles, arched entryways, enclosed by 8 ft plus of bamboo and hedges to create a private magical space. Living/dining room filled with light and direct views of the garden. Kitchen has recently been updated with stainless-steel dishwasher and granite counters. Main bathroom has walk-in shower designed with rock tiling. Washer/Dryer in garage with parking for one car. Hidden outdoor shower in backyard.

◦ Bathroom #2: Half bathroom/toilet & sink
◦ Washer/Dryer in garage for guests' private use
◦ One garage spot (compact/mid-size car) with remote control for door, or street parking is free and usually easy to find right near the front of the house (no street cleaning)

◦ if you look at our previous reviews, they reflect stays at the house before we added AC (in the living room only) as well as the option for parking in the garage on-site
◦ Bedrooms and bathrooms are rather small and cozy. House is 800 sq.ft. Wide-angle lens of camera can make rooms look larger than they are.
◦ Gardener usually comes Wednesdays around 10am
◦ Security cameras in use (of course outside only)

Guests have full and private access to all parts of the house, front patio, garage, and backyard.

We have an A/C unit in the living room only and fans in the bedrooms. Usually it stays quite cool due to the layout of the house. There is one parking spot in the garage and additional cars can park on the street.

Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance. Guests are responsible to check for personal items before check-out. Lost items can be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica or Culver City; we do not mail forgotten items.
