Upon our arrival, we were told right away that we were not going to be staying at the property because one of the towers didn’t have AC. They pretty much said you can either go to another hotel that we have or find somewhere else. We had no other option but to go to their sister hotel, Kadun. It was an inconvenience since all the restaurants and marina were at the original hotel that we had booked. They did have shuttles scheduled to and from the separate hotels but I feel like Kadun was always forgotten. It seems that Marina Fiesta and Hacienda Encantada were priorities. One thing that was disappointing was the lack of communication between hotels. We had been told from both MF and HE that they didn’t take Kadun. We pretty much had to tell them the situation and then they were like okay. Unfortunately, this brought anxiety and feeling uncomfortable throughout the entire trip. We also had the all inclusive packet but even that, we were always wondering if we were going to get charged additional fees because the lack of communication.
