“Self check in was easy, and had snacks and wine available. Breakfast in morning was very good and staff quite friendly.”

“One of our rooms was given to someone else before we arrived so we had to get a roll bed brought to our room instead of two queen beds as we paid for. I have not been compensated for this after complaining to management.”

En revanche, un point mérite d’être signalé : l’odeur de cigarette est très présente, notamment à l’accueil en raison des fumées provenant de l’intérieur du bar. Pour les non-fumeurs, cela peut être assez désagréable et donner une mauvaise première impression en arrivant. Mis à part cet aspect, le séjour a été satisfaisant.”

“I don’t like nightshift staff; they are rude and checked me in with an unclean room . It was a really bad experience when I was checking in.”

“My first room was so awful I didn’t sleep the first night. There were stains on the pillow cases, a ball of hair next to the tub, hair in the hand towel, my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and there was a pair of dried up contact lenses on the night-stand. After complaining, I was given a new room. While the linens appeared to be cleaner, I didn’t feel comfortable and purchased my own pillowcases and a blanket at Target. “I booked my room by a third party and the room rate was supposed to be including fees and taxes. When I got my bill the fees and taxes were added on top of the room rate. I wound up paying almost $500 for 3 nights stay. No one responded to my questions.”
