“The house is nice and position is very good. Maintenance is not good, nor the cleaning: hot water was not working, some cockroaches in the kitchen and the bedroom door was stuck open. I hope that I was unlike with door and water, and still give three stars, but my experience was worth much less. ”

Key West Aloe products were a nice touch as well as the key lime cookies. The porch deck and handrail outside the Envy/Lust room needs a little attention. Overall, very comfortable and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The room was cute but very small — I had read the reviews and knew this before arriving. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool and mingling with other guests. The host was wonderful! We accidentally dropped one of our keys in the parking lot, and she found it and kindly put it back in our lockbox for us. Overall, we had a great stay!”

“What a perfect location! We were able to walk almost everywhere and were able to Uber everywhere else. The room is SMALL, but it’s super clean and comfortable. Communication was A, and the dehumidifier was the perfect addition. We would definitely stay here again and again. ”

“We read previous reviews and they were terrible, hence we had very low expectations. The personnel at check in was very nice, sorted out some minor issues we had without hesitation. Great work. We got room 305 and it is large, light, not the most modern. But everything worked. The main two things dragging this down are the price vs. Quality of the room, and most importantly the security. There is a lock on the door but is so flimsy that a good kick would get it open. To get in to the hotel...
