“Beautiful place to spend possibly more than one night because it's such an enchanting place that really deserve a longer stay. The owner is extremely kind and helpful providing information and advice on the place and surroundings. We spent there only one night and hope we will be able to come back one day.”

“Elizabeth gave some dining options, and we went to 10 Sout5h Rooftop Bar and Grill. The pork chop dinner was the BEST I ever had! Had dinner the night before at Walnut Hills, a true southern comfort experience. The property has historic details that are incredible. Some aging deterioration, but with 115 years of existence, I would too! The pool was a pleasant relief, and the room was spacious with a modern shower/bathroom. Breakfast was delicious both days, and fun to interact with Staff and...

“We stayed in Mae-Mae's Room at the Steele Cottage and it was great for our needs. Well appointed, conveniently located and easily accessible, yet removed from the core downtown area for privacy. The breakfast service at the Duff Green Mansion B&B was good for a first morning, but the 3+ block walk is not directly toward the main part of downtown and the river. I suggest equipping the Steele Cottage with bottled waters and snack items in each room for optimal convenience.”

“Perfetta per uno stop overnight. Lontana dal centro abitato quindi dovrete prendere l'auto se volete visitare il centro di Vicksburg. Accanto all'albergo c'è un ristorante messicano e poco altro. Struttura messa bene, buona la pulizia delle camere.”

“Stayed in the 3rd floor overlooking the courtyard! Room very comfortable, had a refrigerator but no microwave. The dinner at The Castle was excellent! Loved the atmosphere as well as the food! Walk around the property as the sun went down & saw a lot of firefly. The staff was very friendly! ”
