“I did not have a good experience with the hotel. The rooms were just okay. Housekeeping did not clean the room, and there was not even an apology from the hotel for missing room cleaning, much less any refund for not providing a service that is included in the room charge. The elevators always took forever to arrive, and at least one elevator was always out of service. Plus the parking elevators are separate from the main elevators which means you have to endure twice the wait every time you're...

“Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.”

“Very good location! Clean rooms! Communication with persons who picked up my call need to be improved. I called to ask if I can check in one hour earlier if standard check in 4pm, promised to let me know but nothing happened; wrote a few of emails and got no responses other than machine generated messages.”

“this place surpassed my expectations. It was so close to the airport and price so well, and very nice. Definitely a good stop if you need a quick spot with a free shuttle to the airport. The restaurant was also filled with nice food options and you could take it back to the room or sit there and enjoy it in the dining room. It even had a nice crowd at the bar. “We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived.
