“I stayed at the Hyatt hotel over the weekend and overall they experience was very great. The rooms were very spacious that and the beds were very comfortable as well. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel. I would say I would highly recommend this hotel because of the convenience of it being down to all the major attractions downtown.”

“It was comfortable and felt like hotel/apartment living. Communication with Sonders was easy and see less. They where responsive when concerns and questions needed to be answered. They went above and beyond to help when needed. Only downside is when young adults/ kids caused the fire alarm to go off at 4 in the morning the day of my departure. Even that was handled well by the Sonders team. Highly recommend and would stay with them again. ”

“One night stay for MLB (CSW) game on our stadium tour. Easy walk to CTA station and short ride to the game. Hotel is very nice, clean with super comfortable beds. Only challenge was the parking garage. It is a tight fit in the spots and corners with a small rental SUV (VW Taos) and no room to turn around if spaces are not available. Staff was super friendly and helpful with navigating to the surrounding attractions. ”

“Appartamentino piccolo, ma con tutte le comodità, incluse lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Tutto nuovo e pulito, ben insonorizzato con possibilità di piscina e cena sul roof con vista incantevole sui grattacieli circostanti. Unico appunto :tende poco oscuranti e sveglia presto,ma Chicago è tanto bella che la giornata deve cominciare presto ! all'alincantevole”

"Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper."
