“The hotel was under a complete renovation. Tarped hallways, overflowing dumpsters, workers going in and out with exterior doors open throughout the day. The parking lot was full of dumpsters and trash was everywhere. On our first night, we were met by a man named Steve who was not staying in the hotel but was looking for his fix. Lovely. We stayed on the second floor in what they said was an “updated room”… the a/c turned off every 5 minutes, regardless of the settings. We had no screen in our...
