Hotel vicino a Mackinaw Heritage Village - Mackinaw City

“Could I give less than zero stars? We did not receive the code for a/the-room at all, until hours after I called the owners number and left a message as the motel does not have a staff or an office! After a hour sitting in the parking lot trying to get help, we left. Wish it would be listed on the Expedia site that the motel is not manned at all. I also texted the owner with no reply. Called Expedia customer service.. what a joke. All they wanted us to do was sign up for a gift card...

“I enjoyed my stay here on the 3rd floor with a balcony and bridge view. I was able to have my dog with me. She loved our adventure as well. The room was clean and adequate. Parking was good and convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Our stay at Starlite Inn was very good. The staff member that we interacted with was very friendly our room was clean, tidy and spacious as was the bathroom. The air/heat unit worked well (we used heat). We felt very safe and parking is right outside your door. We would definitely stay here again. ”
