“The room was nice the breakfast was tasty the price is great. ”

“I cannot recommend this hotel. We checked in and went to our room. The carpet had dirt laying on top of it, the sheets on one bed had not been changed (there were lint, seeds and dirt on them), the bath tub had mud streaks, the toilet had dried urine under the seat, and there was only one bath towel. I assume the housekeeper had been there because the beds were made, and there was a bath rug over the side of the tub with little bottles of shampoo and conditioner on it. “Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel.”

“The hotel was very nice. The only problem I had was our room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke but not bad. Beds were comfy and heat worked. Great water pressure in bathroom. Friendly staff! I would definitely stay here again. ”
