We spent three nights at the property. Arrival was easy, communication was promptly answered. We needed more laundry detergent and we had it in less than half hour. We had no complaints whatsoever. We would likely stay there again when we return to Madrid.

Lovely area and great apartment
Great apartment in convenient and well served location. Clean and modern apartment. Really enjoyed the apartment for 4 persons with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and nice terrace.

Todo ha estado muy bien
Reservamos el apartamento para dos noches y todo fue perfecto. Muy bien situado, al lado de plaza España, en una calle muy tranquila y con diferentes restaurantes. El chek in fue muy sencillo, siguiendo las instrucciones que nos enviaron y el apartamento muy bien arreglado, como nuevo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días como en casa.

Family vacation loving the apartment
The pictures show the real thing. Our apartment was at the last floor and had a beautiful patio that brings much light and space. We were a family of 4 and our 2 teenagers liked it very much. The location is great. Has the metro right around the corner. Has cute outside sitting cafes along the street. Has a Dia market close by which makes it very convenient. Cristina was always a "WhatsApp" away so you never feel along. I do recommend it.

가기전부터 전화확인을 하고 문앞에 기다렷다가 집안시설 주변관광지 다 안내해줍니다..내부 깨끗하고 조건도 다 구비해있습니다.희안하게도 물이좋아 그냥 마셔도 되고 린스를 안해도 머리가 부드러울정도이며 까딸루나 광장 대공사중이라 그건 아쉬웠지만 지하철역 가깝고 여행하는데 만족스러운숙소엿습니다..치약 치솔 실내화만 가져가시면 됩니다.

We liked the apartment size and the condition it was kept. We only received 3 bath towels at the start and one hand towel with no explanation how to get more.

Ein wunderbarer Ausgangsort um Madrid zu erkunden! Top gelegen, super sauber und gut ausgestattet! Einziger Nachteil bei Reisen mit noch kleineren Kindern, die auf der Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer schliefen, ist die nächtliche Lautstärke, die im vorderen Teil des Appartement mit unter ganz schön groß ist, da viele Bars und Clubs in direkter Nachbarschaft sind.

Comfortable and convenient stay in Madrid
We stayed 2 nights in 2 bed 2 bath unit for 5 adults. We weren’t planning on using the kitchen but we did make eggs and appreciated the oil/vinegar and salt available. The location is great, walking distance to everything and we liked the tapas place across the street. Unfortunately the plaza was under construction during our stay. Jessica was very helpful in pointing out places to go.

Cozy stay in Madrid
It really make us feel at home. The apartment is cozy and stylish. The kitchen is fully equipped. The only problem is the leaking in the shower of the double-bedroom’s bathroom.

Great location and comfortable place. Only issue was cleanliness. I understand it is a very busy season, but they must allow more time for the cleaning person to clean the floors and bathrooms.

Feelathome replied emails quickly; I have received the confirmed email a fortnight before we set off. We thought they were simply going to give us the keys like the norm but they took their time to teach us how to use the electric applicants; such as the washing machine, dishwasher & stoves etc... which is helpful as the electric applicants vary around the world and without their help, it would have taken us forever to figure it out. They also recommended some attractions for us to go to, restaurants to visit and places to be aware of. Last but not least they gave recommendations regarding transportation to the airport and arranged a taxi to pick us up. We truly felt their sincerity and they were very professional. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay there if they ever go to Madrid.

Cozy apartment
Professional welcoming, Paula was really nice. The apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. There was coffee , sugar, and olive oil in the kitchen. Full equipped kitchen. Paula was very attentive and informative when it came to the tourists areas. The shower was comfortable but the water comes out on the bottom causing the floor to get really wet on the outside. Excellent location. We strongly recommend this apartment.

Staying at Feelathome is one of the best experience I have ever had. Starting with the hospitable and excellent communication with Andrea where she answered all my questions. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the linens and towels generously supplied. The location could not be better and her suggestions were a BIG plus!!

It's nice place near Espana plaza. Easy access to tour bus system, Madrid rral palace, taxi, etc. It's clean, cozy, safe place. It has wonderful dining room, living room, 2 bed rooms, 2 toilets. We met kind & tall & handsome guy at check in time. haha. thank you!!!!

This apartment was centrally located, wiithin walking distance to the Gran Via, the main street in Madrid, and to the Imperial Palace. The apartment was clean, safe, near a grocery story and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, the kitchen fully equipped. There wasn't anything we didn't like about Feelathome.

This property was wonderful in every way. We were met by Paula at check in. She spent a good deal of time explaining everything about the apt as well as taking time to suggest areas to visit and gave us a map. Although there were just 2 of us in this apt. It would easily accommodate 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen was fully equipped which included a washer/dryer combo. The apt had a balcony and was well located in the Plaza España area, close to Gran Via and the Palace area. Plaza Major is just a 10 minute walk. We traveled with 2 other families who stayed in the same building in separate apts. It was perfect. We highly recommend this property!

Great property, 2 mins walk from metro Espana. Walking distance to all attractions and shopping. Primark just nearby. Lovely apartment and friendly check in staff. Strong recommend to stay in this apartment if you are in Madrid.

여기 정말 강력 추천합니다!!! :)) 저희 가족 스페인 여행의 첫 시작지가 마드리드였는데 사실 시작부터 꼬였었어요. 출발 4시간전에 비행기 스케쥴이 바뀌었다는 통보를 항공사로부터 받았는데 그것도 이용하지 못하는 스케줄을 알려줘서 다른 항공사 비행기로 급하게 맞춰가지고 스페인에 도착했거든요. 호스트한테 미리 알려줬던 시간에 도착하지 못했단 말이에요. (여긴 리셉션이 따로 없고 가기 전에 호스트에게 메일로 도착시간을 알려줘요). 근데 도착하고 봤더니 제가 출발하기전 급하게 보낸 메일이 호스트한테 안가서 얘가 밖에서 계속 기다린거예요ㅜㅜ 어찌나 미안하던지ㅜㅜㅜ 얼마나 화났겠어요. 추운날 밖에서 거진 3시간은 더 기다렸을거예요... 그럼에도 불구하고 상황설명을 했더니 이해해줬고요. 그 와중에 주변 맛집(본인 페이보릿), 슈퍼마켓, 관광지 등 지도에 직접 표시해가면서 알려주더라고요. 심지어 떠나는날 기차역까지 가는법도 알려줌^^b 파올라 너는 진짜 짱이야!!! 그리고 시설은 일단 저희가 5명이였는데 욕실 2개인게 진짜 얼마나 좋던지!! 아침에 준비하는 시간이 절약되서 좋았어요. (아시죠? 화장실 가는 시간 겹치면 답 없습니다.) 그리고 진짜 시설 깨끗하고, 수압 좋고, 걸어서 마드리드의 관광지 다 갈 수 있고, 가까운곳에 지하철역이며, 마트며 필요한거 다 있습니다! 이곳으로 가세요!! It's the same as the picture. The room was perfect. There are two bathrooms in the room and i liked. Because, we were five and we have saved our preparation time in the morning! I also liked the location where you can see the surrounding sightseeing spots enough! good at water pressure, clean, supermarket and subway station are near, and etc.. I really liked everything !! :)) The host Paula!! she is sooooo nice!! Here is the reason. First, There was no discrimination against Asians. Super appartment nette service, late checkout was geen probleem en gratis :-) 1 minpunt was er was iets minder goed schoongemaakt tussen de vervarming op de badkamer. Verder alles super schoon!

We had a great stay at Feel at Home. The apartment is well-located - steps to restaurants, the metro, and some beautiful parks and attractions. Paula was very communicative leading up to our arrival, with advice on how to get to the place and get around. Nacho met us right at our taxi and showed us around, which was a very nice welcome. The apartment was lovely - comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend and plan to stay here again.

This is my first apartment-style place that I’ve stayed at so I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. I actually booked a similar apartment-style place (not Feelathome) when I traveled in another city, Lisbon, but it turns out that place in Lisbon wasn’t as nice as Feelathome Madrid. Feelathome has all the amenities you could ask for, including a microwave, water kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, plates and utensils, a washing machine and dryer (with the laundry detergent), etc. When I booked my trip months earlier, I planned to return to Madrid from Lisbon and booked a hotel (a nice one actually) for the return trip to Madrid. I now regret that decision, as I’d much rather stay st Feelathome instead where I have greater flexibility and truly do feel at home. Now I now where to go again should I return to Madrid in the future.

Beautiful stay in Madrid
Our stay was AMAZING! Nacho greeted us at the apartment and was so helpful answering all of our questions and giving us great suggestions. The apartments are brand new and offer all the amenities one could need. The location is superb, steps from Plaza España. The neighborhood is safe & has easy access to transportation. We were traveling with 6 adults, three toddlers and 2 senior citizens. They gave us 2 apartments on the same floor. We will ABSOLUTELY be returning and HIGHLY recommend them for your next trip to Madrid.

I loved the place , clean and nice apartment located in a great central location in Madrid . Close to train station food shopping and all the places that you want to visit close by.

Amazing Service
Paula's attentiveness prior to and during checkin was stupendous. She represents Feelathome amazingly well, with a sense of ownership that is hard to find particularly in the Spanish hospitality industry. Cleanliness of the apartment was also great.
