“The staff of the hotel (including the restaurant) is very friendly, highly professional and does the utmost to help the client. My room was very spacious, nice furniture and provided with all amenities. Cleaning was always perfect. The top floor restaurant has a fantastic view on Kigali and serves absolutely remarkable food - fusion kitchen style. I definitely recommend the Hut as an exceptional place where to stay in Kigali. ”

“All staff work very hard to please clients. Wonderful people. We can see a big efforts to please the clients. This is what I really appreciated.”

“Good place to stay but not the location I had booked. The airport pick up took me to a location far from the address I had booked. Since I arrived at 3:00 am I really wasn't in a state of mind to check. Use caution. The Genocide Memorial ended up being a 2 1/2 hour walk instead of an hour. Other than that it was a good hotel with good people.”

“Excellent accueil. Belle piscine. Vue magnifique pour les chambres au 4e étage. (Initialement dans une chambre au 2e avec vue moyenne, mais l’hotel a été très reactif quand je leur ai rappelé que j’avais réservé une chambre exécutive) Vol la nuit suivante à 2h du matin: il m’ont offert la possibilité de rester dans une chambre jusqu’à 23h en attendant mon vol. A recommander ”

The area is totally safe and the hotel is very quiet and offers a peaceful atmosphere thanks to its lush garden. “The staff and service at this hotel were top notch - so pleasant and helpful. The property was very clean and had an necessary amenities. The hotel is also very centrally located, making getting around the city a breeze. The only thing that requires improvement, from my perspective, is adjusting the water temperature in the shower as the flow is not consistent (scalding one moment, cold the next). On the plus side, water pressure was excellent. ”
