“My friends and I went here to have a birthday party and it was amazing! There were enough beds for people to pass out after drinking. The projector and hot tub were awesome! Everyone had a great time. Host was cool, easy to talk to and made sure everything ran smoothly. He even allowed us to decorate which was cool!”

“It was sparkling clean. The kitchen was better equipped than my own. The linens and beds were all first-class. The house had soft water which was a wonderful treat. The owner was very accessible and responsive to questions and requests. The view of the Huron River from the kitchen and living room is spectacular. We will definitely stay there again!!”

“My family and I (including fur babies) came to stay for a family wedding and we absolutely loved it!! It is so hard to find a place that accepts dogs nevertheless offer a fence for them! The dogs loved it as well. The view is priceless! Also, we were so impressed on the items that were offered. It makes you feel like you are at home when you aren't. “Overall, a great little condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Kim was expeditious and prompt. Located close to the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor. A couple of things that could be improved — 1) one of the twin mattresses was squeaky when moving during sleep. 2) the door to the building was always unlocked so anybody could go in and out. These issues were minor and I would definitely stay at Kim’s condo again.”
