“I’m pretty easy to please when it comes to hotels. Give me clean, quiet, and safe, and we’re already on good terms. This place checked all three boxes and then added a few bonus points for style. The entire property was spotless and modern, with comfy beds, quality linens, and bath products that smelled so good I briefly considered filling a ziplock with the sandalwood body lotion. The breakfast was surprisingly good and plentiful, not the usual “one bruised banana and a toaster that smells...

“The staff were fighting at the front desk so it took over 10 minutes to check in. Literally arguing in front of us at customers.”

“Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back.”

“Rooms on first floor facing lake are better for dog owners. They have sliding doors in rooms that open out to grass”

“Cole greeted us as soon as we walked in. He made check-in easy and pleasant. He makes each guest feel important as he gives us his full attention and shares his desire that we have a wonderful stay. Which we did. The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was full and the hot foods were hot. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. We will stay here again the next time we pass through Spokane.”

“Cute building, but really creaky stairs and the bathtub didn't hold water. Breakfast was tasty enough but less than we were expecting. Otherwise the room was clean and no major complaints about the stay”

“For the price you get what you pay for. It is a very good deal on breakfast because you get a voucher to eat at Denny’s which is located very close to the hotel. No elevator so it’s hard for us to always choose this property because my boyfriend uses a cane. But overall a great value”

“The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean and we had no problem finding parking. Breakfast was good, it had the usual waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit, and well stocked. Rooms were small, very small elevator and the only issue we had was that the fridge had a bit of an odor because it was unplugged, other than that was a good choice for a good price, and was glad they had rooms available in a pinch. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone...

“The room was clean. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, pancakes, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and cereal. There is a nice park across the street and many restaurant options nearby. My only complaint is it's near the railroad tracks and a train came through at 1 am. They do provide earplugs which helped with the noise.”
