Also, don't tell me breakfast is included and then make it grab and go in the lobby. The photo on the website looked like the breakfast space but it's actually the restaurant next door. “The staff were absolutely fantastic, we loved our stay, we were only in town for a weekend visiting friends, but wished we could have stayed longer. Also, the room was decorated perfectly, it looked like boutique hotels I've stayed in all over the world, but with more space.”

“This hotel is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I left after one night. People across the hall was arguing all night long. They did not mention they allow the homeless to stay there either. This hotel smells like a dirty ashtray and stale weed. I will never stay here again”

“We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through.”

“The place has derilict cars in the parking lot, cots stored in the hallways, and the carpets are musty. Sadly very run down. We cancelled our reservation. The owners agreed to a 50% cancellation fee but have since gone silent. Stay away.”
