Immerso nella Hart Valley (River Falls) lungo le fresche acque fredde di Oil Camp Creek. Questo cottage completamente arredato è un ottimo modo per scappare! Sentieri escursionistici, mountain bike e cascate d'acqua con oltre 30.000 acri di Preserve Forest. Oppure porta un buon libro e rilassati sulla veranda dello schermo con i suoni del torrente, delle rane e dei grilli. O fai un tuffo nell'acqua fresca di montagna per rinfrescarti !! È ora di tornare alla natura ... buca per il fuoco all'aperto (legno fornito) e griglia a carbone (porta il tuo carbone e accendino). L'autunno e l'inverno sono grandi periodi dell'anno per visitare questa zona. Gli splendidi alberi autunnali sono mozzafiato !!! E sedersi accanto al falò sul torrente mentre arrostire i marshmallow rende la giornata molto rilassante !!!!

Cavo Directv con televisore a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e videoregistratore. (porta i tuoi film) Scollegati perché non c'è Internet. Calore a gas e unità finestra per aria condizionata, se necessario. Lavatrice, asciugatrice, asciugacapelli, articoli da toeletta, lenzuola e asciugamani forniti.
Pensa alla sicurezza: rocce scivolose, possibili serpenti, orsi, api, griglia a carbone e buca per il fuoco all'aperto. (ATTENZIONE - SPEGNERE tutti gli incendi prima di andare a letto o fare il check-out .... È tua responsabilità.)

My boys (6 and 7) and I had an awesome time staying at this cabin. It had everything we needed to enjoy our mountain adventure. We were close to plenty of hiking and even some zip lining. My boys really enjoyed exploring the stream and having nightly camp fires. We also enjoyed the opportunity to hike right from the property. Patricia was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet place to escape the busyness of the world and enjoy time with family or friends.

Everything was wonderful! My only complaint is that I had to leave and come back to the real world. The sound of the stream, just feet off of the back screened in porch, will take you away to a complete state of relaxation! Simple, quaint, all of the essentials, and PEACEFUL. Can't wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay in Patricia's cottage! It was beautiful, spacious but quaint, clean, very well-stocked, the beds are super comfortable, and the yard and screen porch view (AND sound!!) was heavenly. We had no cell service (AT&T)....but that was perfect bc our family spent all the time together without distractions. Maya greeted us every day, and was such a sweet dog! We will absolutely be back to the cottage on the creek....would make a perfect annual tradition. Thank you Patricia!

It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. We were able to relax and recharge. We enjoyed the quietness and the screened in porch at the creekside. It was a wonderful get-away!

We had such an enjoyably quiet stay here. The cabin was stocked with necessities, and the full-sized kitchen was great. We cooked our meals and stayed in to enjoy the beautiful sounds of the stream. We'd definitely stay here again!

This great find is the perfect getaway ! It felt like we were home from the moment we entered . Very comfortable furnishings and very clean . The outside is the best part ! The creek is beautiful .We were there in the winter so we did not get in the water but just the sound of it was so soothing . Of course now we want to book again in a warmer time of year so we can enjoy the water. Patricia was great ! We will return !

A secluded and beautiful cabin awaited us after a long trip. The screened porch was comfy and allowed us to view and listen to the creek. We were amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was. I enjoy cooking and everything I could need was there and more! Patricia was easy to contact when necessary and always pleasant and helpful. It's a beauty of a place and quite a deal! Enjoyed it immensely.

We loved the sounds of the creek from the screened porch. The table out there was right next to the creek and it was lovely. We used this cottage as our jumping off spot to drive up into the mountains for leaf-peeping and waterfalls. The drive to Dry Falls (near Highlands) was long, but it was well worth it to walk down to and then under the falls!

Patricia is very thorough in providing pre-check in information so that there are no hiccups during the arrival process. She is super flexible and permitted us to stay an extra day, as we were having such a good time that we didn’t want to go home. It was so nice to be unplugged and relaxed in this peaceful, private, and serene location! Our tour guide, Maya, was icing on the cake!

The cottage by the creek was everything we had hoped for. Private, clean, and relaxing. We loved the vintage photographs and decor and the screened-in porch where we sat and listened to the sound of the water flowing past. Everything was just wonderful, with plenty of amenities. We do recommend.

What a peaceful place. It's quiet and out of the way, but just a few minutes from Jones Gap Park (which is also amazing). If you need a bit of civilization, the charming town of Travelers Rest is just 25 minutes away with great restaurants. Loved staying here.

We had a great time at the cottage. The area was beautiful, enjoyed the cabin inside and out. Loved listening to the creek, it was very relaxing. Would have loved to stay longer to explore the trails. We also loved having the neighborhood dog, Maya, visiting us. She was a special treat.

We enjoyed the privacy that the creek side cottage provided. Maya the neighborhood greeter was a hit with our children & was so polite & friendly! The cottage was perfect for our needs & the beds slept very comfortably. We were in the area for a wedding at Pretty Place Chapel & the cottage was just a few miles from the reception area & made for a convenient place to rest. I just wish we had more time to explore the hiking trails around the cottage.
