“The lawn and landscaping needed tending to, pet friendly facility, but no where to take my dog to go to the bathroom safely. Hallway carpets looked like there had been water and looked grossly stained.”

“Staff were quite helpful, the 2nd room was pleasant, everything worked in it, the first room we tried(accessibility room) was run down and dirty and had a smell but the staff allowed us to change which was fantastic. An elevator, the washer and two ice machines were broken though and only the elevator was fixed during the stay. The breakfast was a bit better than expected which was pleasant. For the price we got the value was good. Would recommend.”

“The building requires some maintenance. My room lacked a microwave, and I the tv was kind of outdated. But everything was pleasantly clean. Staff was very helpful. Overall everything was pretty good compared to other similar hotels with the same pricing. If I ever come back to New Braunfuls I'd pick to stay here again.”
