“Perfect place to stay in Yosemite! Stayed in the larger unit last year, which is roomier with a large kitchen. Since it was already booked 8 months in advance, we rented the smaller place which is a decent sized studio. Feels like a large hotel room, but is very comfortable and convenient, especially if you don’t plan on cooking much. We used the outdoor grill and it was great. Good ac, quiet. ”

“The location is nice and quiet, away from the busy city life. The night sky here is perfect to star gaze especially with a small observatory with a telescope to see the stars. Mike, the host, is easy to contact and keep in touch with when you need anything or have any questions. The house is cozy and well maintained. “Overall a nice place to stay. Everything was clean, the heater worked well, the kitchen had everything we needed in the way of utensils and appliances. The only caveats were the driveway which was a bit tricky to maneuver and the stairway to the front door. The property is not wheelchair friendly. The electric stove was a bit of a learning curve. “The location of this property could not be better. The neighborhood and the proximity made to stay very worthwhile. That said, the air conditioning was not working, the washer and dryers were not working, and the air hockey in the rec room was not working. Not all the windows had screens in the sliding door to the deck also had a broken screen.
