Struttura centrale nella Médina e silenziosa . Personale gentilissimo , perfetto il servizio navetta con aeroporto , buona colazione Wi fi da migliorare in stanza all ultimo piano ma perfettamente funzionante nella zona colazione Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo da consigliare assolutamente

Grazioso Riad nella Medina, a 5 minuti daal piazza principale e dai suk. Ottima posizione ancbe per il quartiere dei tanneurs. Pulito e confortevole. Personale cordiale e gentile. Colazione abbondante.

Molto ben posizionato
La struttura è, contro ogni aspettativa, molto facile da trovare. Silenziosa, tranquilla, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla famosissima piazza. Unica pecca, bisogna bussare per rientrare.

Sentirsi a casa nella Medina di Marrakech
Riad all'interno della medina a 10 minuti dalla piazza, abbastanza semplice da raggiungere anche se la prima volta occorre farsi accompagnare, un' oasi di pace in mezzo al caos, il ragazzo che lo gestisce è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, il riad è piccolino ma pulito ed ordinato.

I only stayed one night but wish I stayed longer. Nice, quiet and friendly riad. Well located once you get your bearings of the city. The breakfast and the shared space exceeded my expectations. Will be recommending to anyone I know coming to Marrakesh and would stay there again.

Great and comfortable Riad in the Medina. The staff were very welcoming and responsive. I spent 3 night’s including NYE and was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The Medina is a busy place and this riad offers a quiet peaceful escape.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights while on our honeymoon, and we couldn't recommend this place enough!! It feels like a quiet oasis in the middle of the bustling medina. We stayed in the Marguerite suite, which was absolutely gorgeous and plenty spacious and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was also lovely, and Riad Aubrac is small enough that we were often the only ones up there and could enjoy a quiet sunset. There was also a light breakfast included daily (free of charge), which was tasty, and it was a nice atmosphere eating in the courtyard with the natural light. And on top of all this, the staff was AMAZING. They were helpful in answering any question (in clear English, too), super accommodating of our dietary restrictions, helped arrange transportation and a very fun (and affordable!) day trip to the Ourika Valley, and cleaned/tidied the room daily. They really made us feel right at home. Thank you Riad Aubrac!

Didn't stay long enough to have an opinion
Stayed only 1 night as we stayed at another riad during our stay in Marrakech. Rooms are quite big for a riad and cleaning was ok too. What was disappointing that during shower water pools to the point that you are concerned that it will flow over. Had to leave early next morning so didn't communicate that to staff but they should check those before the room is ready for guests. Breakfast was enjoyable though. Do keep in mind that their location is a good 15-20 min walk inside deep medina from Jamea al Fanaa square

Very average riad.
Overall nothing really bad can be said about Riad Aubrac. Nothing really good either. Very average riad. Gentleman helping us (serving breakfast etc) does what he can. Generally you can have an impression that everything is being done with the minimum possible cost. You can't pinpoint that this or that was really bad, but you are happy when you leave.

Good: location very central and close to the market, nice and clean, super friendly and helpful staff. breakfast was variable so you don't get the same breakfast every morning - Bad: the shower head was loose, did not fit into its place , fell down and injured my face. internet was very slow (and sometimes did not work at all) - walls do not isolate the outside noise (the area is very quiet anyway, so not a big deal)

Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour au Riad Aubrac. Nous avons changé de chambre car le 1er prix chez hôtels.com était une petite chambre avec un lit en 140. Nous avons opté pour la suite qui elle était spacieuse et magnifique. Très bon petit déjeuner autour du bassin de la cour intérieure. Très bien situé non loin de la place Jemaa el fna.

Great quiet place just a few minutes from the big square. Rooms and bed very comfortable. We really like the service and daily breakfast. We are glad we stayed there in our first trip to Marrakech. We would definitely stay there if we go back.

It is a small but really quite riad which is not that hard to find. Very convenient location. Welly is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we don’t speak French. Sometimes, it took more time to understand our questions or needs. Overall, we enjoyed the stay at this riad.

Desde el primer momento el personal muy atento. Las habitaciones muy limpias. La comida espectacular y la relación calidad precio inmejorable. Lo recomendamos al 100%.

Paz en el caos de la Medina
Muy satisfechos por las atenciones recibidas. Sufrí una caida con pequeña fractura que nos obligó a buscar atención médica y cambiar los planes; desde el Riad nos ayudaron en todo lo posible para continuar nuestro viaje satisfactoriamente. Situación muy centrica, desayunos muy ricos y una terraza con vistas a la ciudad y el Atlas al fondo.

Lovely Riad, close to all the main spots
Lovely little Riad, close to the main square and in the middle of the Medina. We made use of their Aiport transfer which definitely helped to find the hotel! The staff was very good and fun to interact with - even tho my French and Arabic weren't that good.

Alles in allem ein hübsches Riad in guter Lage zum Platz Djema El Fna, allerdings alles viel älter als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Als Badtür dient ein Vorhang, was natürlich sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig ist..Es war allgemein nicht ganz das, was ich mir unter 1001 Nacht vorstelle, aber dafür muss man wohl eher in die neuen Hotels in der Neustadt. An sich aber trotz allem und insbesondere aufgrund der Lage und des super freundlichen Personals trotzdem zu empfehlen!

It is quite a dated Riad. The staff was very courteous and helpful but the riad didn’t live up to my expectations.

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia e condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
La habitación era muy pequeña. Estaba limpia y tenía decoración típica marroquí. El baño era pequeño también y típico marroquí. Las zonas comunes era muy bonitas, muy bien cuidado todo. El desayuno muy bien: Tortilla de huevo, tortitas marroquies con mermelada (casera), zumo de naranja natural, bizcocho, pan y café o té. La situación estaba bien, en 10 minutos estabamos en la plaza. Está en un callejón pero está muy iluminado por la noche. Hay que tener cuidado con los niños que se ponen a jugar en el callejón. Si ven que dudas a la hora de encontrar el hotel te acompañan y te piden propina. Lo peor fue el personal. Ninguno hablaba español. El que estuvo casi toda nuestra estancia no hablaba ni inglés. Fue muy dificil la comunicación porque casi tampoco con el francés nos apañabamos.
