The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.
For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

The living area opens up to a small middle terrace, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink at the table and chairs provided.
Kitchen (Ground Floor): Our ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, a toaster and an electric kettle. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats all guests, making it perfect for family meals and gatherings.
There is also ample amount of space to store your food (in case you are planning for a long stay).
Kitchen (Rooftop): For those who love outdoor dining, our rooftop kitchen provides a convenient space to prepare meals while enjoying the fresh air. It’s equipped with essential appliances and utensils, ensuring you have everything you need.
Bedrooms | 4 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 & 2: Each features a cozy double bed, a private balcony with seating, and ample closet space. These rooms are perfect for couples or guests seeking a bit of extra privacy and comfort.
One of the bedrooms also has a living area adjacent to it and it features a comfy sofabed which can take up another extra guest. There is also a Tv for those wishing to catch up on their favourite shows before bed time.
Bedroom 3 & 4: Both rooms come with two single beds, making them ideal for children or friends. These rooms are designed to be comfortable and functional, with plenty of storage space.
Rooftop Terraces | Our home features two expansive rooftop terraces, both furnished with tables, chairs, and loungers. One terrace is covered with turf, creating a green, inviting space to sunbathe, dine al fresco, or simply take in the panoramic views of Marsascala.

Laundry | A washing machine, iron, and drying rack are provided for your convenience.

he bus stop is just a few minutes from the house. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.
If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.
For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Marsascala. Make sure you park in a white box & kindly avoid driving if you have consumed any alcohol.

Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.
