“Room was outdated & shower pressure was horrible , I felt like housekeeping was watching my every move & they were in fact looking inside my room when we would both pass in the hallway”

“Overall, my stay was decent. The best parts were the clean room, comfortable bed, good pillows, friendly staff, convenient location, attached Dunkin’, and excellent shower pressure. The room was dusted, vacuumed, smelled freshly cleaned, and I did not see any pests. The property itself is dated and needs renovations. Some furniture and the bathroom door were damaged. The TV quality was poor, and several remote buttons did not work, including the menu and closed-caption buttons. The hallways...

“it was ok. No breakfast but bagel store down the street was very good.”

“This is definitely an older hotel. Its location was great. Easy walk to the outlet stores and TLC Park which is especially great for kids. Breakfast was good with eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal and a variety of pastries, yogurt and fruit cups. There are some areas that need fixing. The carpet by the fireplace had a spot that looked like it burnt the carpet and hurt to walk on. Pool was nice and being enclosed would be a great place during the winter.”

“Bad experience”

“The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help.”

“Upon checking into my first room, I was immediately hit by a strong, lingering smell of marijuana, which forced me to request a room change. While the second room was better, the bathroom had a heavy, deep-seated cigarette smoke odor that ultimately gave me a headache. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they claimed they wouldn't know about the smoke smell unless a guest points it out—an explanation I found hard to understand, as the odor was quite obvious. I skipped breakfast...

“Beautiful quiet property. Bed was extremely comfy and the breakfast in the morning was delicious!”

“I chose the place because of the pool and laundry room but laundry rooms was out of service. If I knew that I’ll go somewhere else. I should have received some money back.”

“The air conditioner is very old and does not cool the room enough, so it has been uncomfortable to stay here. In addition, the bed is too soft, which has caused my lower back hurt. I have not been able to sleep well during my vacation.”

“Nella mia vita di viaggi non ho mai trovato una struttura cosi brutta sporca e puzzolente,anche la colazione era oscena.Non ci tornerò più assolutamente. In my travel life I have never found such a nasty dirty and stinky structure, even the breakfast was obscene. I will never go back there anymore.”
