“Pretty much what you'd expect. Pros- room was clean, pool was great, check in and out was easy. Cons- our king bed was very firm and breakfast was underwhelming. When I asked the breakfast staff to replenish some of the items they said they only offer those items every other day but I could literally see the items I was asking for put off to the side, one being the oatmeal which was halfway prepared. That guy was not pleasant.”

“Housekeeping service for making up the room is not automatic. It is provided upon request after the second night. They have grooms for the deaf. Hey doorbell button flashes a light in the room. The included breakfast seems to be somewhat standard and consistent with the other Hampton Inn’s. The air conditioning, blackout curtains, and sound insulation provide a very pleasant environment for a good night sleep. I am legally blind and enjoyed my stay without having any difficulties.”

“The employee who checked me in was very rude. The key card he made me didn’t work. This had also happened to the guest who checked in before me so it was presumably his fault. I didn’t see him again during my stay. All other employees were polite and helpful. The hotel states that there is housekeeping every other day. This isn’t true. Every three days would be more accurate. Once it was four days. My trash cans were overflowing. I noticed other guests leave no bags of trash in the...

“The room was clean. There was an odor...all fine. The biggest drawback, I think the rooms are not very insulated...one of our neighbors (perhaps the floor below) had their TV on all night We could not sleep. They turned the TV off at about 5a and then had a very loud conversation. Just a bummer.”

“Front desk was a mess - door key would not work - had to go and get staff - looked at the same garbage in the elevator lobby on my floor for 3 days. Staff was a meh - not friendly, but not unfriendly. Room was clean. Will most likely not stay here again.”

“Greg the night desk staff is amazing. I arrived from airport and was in car accident and got in late and had to extend stay. He went above and beyond to change my room so I could sleep in late and not have to change rooms. I also had an incident leaving 4 am Saturday and thought I left wallet in room. He went to room searched and even was going to have pilots on way to airport bring it to me. Way above and beyond. Always remembered me by name. Hotel was super clean and room spacious and bed...

“My room was very clean and well-appointed. The air conditioning worked well. The coffee pods in the room seemed old, and the coffee machine did not appear to be clean, so I did not use it at all.
