“Walked in to check in, lady at desk started to yell at me because im cheap, didnt pay enough for my room. I dont have any thing to do with the price, i got the price that expedia gave me. Got to the room and there were ticks in the bed. So the guy at the desk moved our room Had to put a $50 smoking deposit for the room When i checked out and wanted my $50 back, at 7;30 am the lady at the desk was very rude again. We didnt smoke in the room. Most things were good, room was nice. Just a rude...

“It’s a safe place to lay your head if you can tolerate the wife if she’s working the desk. She is beyond rude and it’s something much more than a bad day. The rooms are okay and I am a local that will stay twice a month and be sure to bring an extra towel because the shower curtains do not keep water from getting the floor wet. ”

Unfortunately the waffle makers were not working but all the other food was tasty and warm except for the sausage patties. Utilissima anche la possibilità di avere sia la WiFi che le telefonate urbane gratuite. Se dobbiamo lamentare qualcosa è solo per la frequenza delle pulizie (1 volta la settimana) ed i materassi un pò troppo 'duri'. A parte questo, consigliamo vivamente a tutti il Candlewood Suites Newport News.”
