“Stayed here 1 night in early July 2026. I was concerned about reviews mentioning unclean rooms. Thankfully we did not have that experience. We stayed in a 2Q suite and the kitchen, beds, bathroom and living room were all clean. Breakfast was a good variety of food. We had scrambled eggs, waffles, muffins, and make your own breakfast tacos Know that the images of an indoor pool on their website are fakes, even though they are labeled as coming from guests. “Abbiamo trascorso due settimane piacevoli e senza nessun problema. L'hotel è accogliente, il servizio gentilissimo, la posizione e la disponibilità del parcheggio, ottimi. Utilissima anche la possibilità di avere sia la WiFi che le telefonate urbane gratuite. Se dobbiamo lamentare qualcosa è solo per la frequenza delle pulizie (1 volta la settimana) ed i materassi un pò troppo 'duri'. “The room was clean and up to date. However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door.”

“Tasha was extremely rude, when I approached the desk. Her tone and demeanor is not in line with hospitality standards nor decent human interaction. I attempted to check in and was denied and handed a slip of paper saying my booking has been canceled. Don't recommend!”

Two things to improve: AC quite noisy and the fact though the hotel was quite empty the all 10 or so rooms occupied were all adiacent and so could hear everything coming from the other rooms. ”

“This trip was a disaster. The hotel room had black mold in the closet and on the bathroom ceiling. We didn't notice until we had had spent several nights there. That was the worse part. The breakfast was terrible. The first morning there weren't enough plates and utensils. There was NO fruit at all and this wasn't late in the morning. No pancake mix, a few pieces of bread, no bagels and there was no restocking of the hot bar. They had fruit the next day, but it was not restocked the day after....

“1st of all had too wait 2hrs for my room rest was at 3 room wasnt ready till 5:30. Went to take a shower the towels was spotted with brown color stains. Ask for another set of towels same thing. They need to invest in new linen. The microwave and refrigerator had leftover food in it. Told the 2 staff members nothing ever happened. Noone came to clean the microwave and refrigerator. Poor service poor staff. I will never ever go back Good luck”

Camera piccola e con arredamento datato, poco adatto per un lungo soggiorno. Colazione scarsa, poca scelta di cibo, di qualità dubbia. Condizionatore e frigorifero rumorosi. ”

“I booked a3 night stay 2 nights we had a storm and no electricity with no compensation no back up generators nothing just in dark until you weren’t.. the door locked on the handle but no other safety features the door had crackers you could see outside you get what you pay for.”
