“Our room wasn’t offered clean towels for two days. Our bed wasn’t made timely during day hours while we were out. Some receptionists weren’t very friendly: just overall experience wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3. This was the worst yet experience.”

“The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. “Abbiamo trascorso due settimane piacevoli e senza nessun problema. L'hotel è accogliente, il servizio gentilissimo, la posizione e la disponibilità del parcheggio, ottimi. Utilissima anche la possibilità di avere sia la WiFi che le telefonate urbane gratuite. However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door.”

“This trip was a disaster. The hotel room had black mold in the closet and on the bathroom ceiling. We didn't notice until we had had spent several nights there. That was the worse part. The breakfast was terrible. The first morning there weren't enough plates and utensils. There was NO fruit at all and this wasn't late in the morning. No pancake mix, a few pieces of bread, no bagels and there was no restocking of the hot bar. They had fruit the next day, but it was not restocked the day after....

“Overall a good experience. Reasonable price and good location right next to I64. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Two things to improve: AC quite noisy and the fact though the hotel was quite empty the all 10 or so rooms occupied were all adiacent and so could hear everything coming from the other rooms. ”
