“The staff was great and accommodating while in town for a Hampton University event. The service will be the reason for my return. Breakfast is steady, waffles are good, sausage may need to consider another supplier, not very flavorful, and lastly, bed was great, but it's time to upgrade the pillows, room was clean as always, again it is the service that keeps me coming back ”

Utilissima anche la possibilità di avere sia la WiFi che le telefonate urbane gratuite. Se dobbiamo lamentare qualcosa è solo per la frequenza delle pulizie (1 volta la settimana) ed i materassi un pò troppo 'duri'. A parte questo, consigliamo vivamente a tutti il Candlewood Suites Newport News.”

“Pleased with the room. The location was great because you can walk to WALGREENS if needed or go across the street to Walmart. I found this location ideal for easy access to the places a traveler might need in a pinch.”

“Great accommodations for my stay”

“In the bathroom of my room, there was mold growing around the shower. I have photos if you’d like to see them. The sink was dirty upon my arrival. When brought up to the staff, they said they were aware and have previously submitted it to management. The room was dusty and had not been properly cleaned in a while. ”

“The HVAC controls were confusing- they n the wall or at the unit?”

“Overall a good experience. Reasonable price and good location right next to I64. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Two things to improve: AC quite noisy and the fact though the hotel was quite empty the all 10 or so rooms occupied were all adiacent and so could hear everything coming from the other rooms. ”

“Awesome up grade and remodeling is great to this hotel. Friendly staff and great breakfast.”

“There were divets in the floor which felt really weird and wrong. Not sure how to fix but it needs it badly. Curtains have tears in them as well”

“We were given the wrong room, walked into that room, it had other guests items in it. Pool had huge locks of hair floating in it. We asked for towels, we were told no. It smelled like smoke, food all over the couch in the room. TV didn’t work, took my husband almost 45 minutes fixing it to get it to work. My shoes literally stuck to the hotel floor when walking. Elevators were nasty. Breakfast was gone by 8:30. We wouldn’t have ate it anyway. We will never stay here again. ”

Camera piccola e con arredamento datato, poco adatto per un lungo soggiorno. Colazione scarsa, poca scelta di cibo, di qualità dubbia. Condizionatore e frigorifero rumorosi. ”

“This property is very out dated. It is need of upgrades. But if you a looking for a cheap stay and convenience then perhaps this can work. Please note that the breakfast is not worth mentioning. It's a pack of outmeal and teabags. Not even bagels, donuts or anything like that. A few pieces of fruit. There was some muffins but when I tried eating it was so stale and dry I almost choked.”
