“Imagine a hotel that has been completely destroyed, but then remodeled and renovated, but only 80%. Whether this was an amazing place that got partially destroyed, or a fully destroyed place that got partially renovated it does not matter. Sheets and bathroom were clean, but furniture was partially destroyed.”

“Stayed here 1 night in early July 2026. I was concerned about reviews mentioning unclean rooms. Thankfully we did not have that experience. We stayed in a 2Q suite and the kitchen, beds, bathroom and living room were all clean. Breakfast was a good variety of food. “The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. “Our room wasn’t offered clean towels for two days. Our bed wasn’t made timely during day hours while we were out. Some receptionists weren’t very friendly: just overall experience wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3. This was the worst yet experience.”

“Overall a good experience. Reasonable price and good location right next to I64. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Two things to improve: AC quite noisy and the fact though the hotel was quite empty the all 10 or so rooms occupied were all adiacent and so could hear everything coming from the other rooms. ”

However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door.”
