“Would not recommend”

“We had a Jacuzzi suite, and I must say there was plenty of room in the Jacuzzi for two people. The water was hot and the jets were forceful. Which I thought was great. Unfortunately, the shower, hot water was not very hot and it took a long time for it to get warm. No hot water in the sink in the bathroom so shaving wasn’t great. The breakfast is OK as long as you like waffles not much of anything else.”

“The casino shuttle was a plus but the friendly helpful staff was wonderful.”

“The nonsmoking room smelled like an ashtray and there was hair in the tub. The room was very old and needs work. The bed was not very comfortable. I would not recommend staying here.”

“Overall the stay was good. Some minor issues that didn’t bother me much but other people might care. The room was very clean which is what I care the most about. Parking was very easy. The hotel has some charm and the rooms are very basic. The bed was pretty firm which was not a problem for us but if you don’t like firm beds this is not the place for you. The AC units numbers are very bright and will light up the room at night, we ended up placing a towel over it. Initially, we thought the...

“My stay was exactly what I needed. Quiet, clean and very comfortable. Super close to the Coast Guard Academy and downtown. Mathew the owner was very welcoming and very generous in helping me get to his location. I enjoyed it so much, I booked it one extra night.”

“It was ok. But there were several disappointments. I had hoped for a comfortable chair to read. Instead there was a small table and 2 dining room chairs. There was a floor lamp, but it was too dim to easily read. Twice I needed help for single things from the front desk, and both times I was unable to get what I needed. The bed was comfortable. I had a nice balcony with two chairs and a table.”

“Charming property in a great location, close to dining, sightseeing, entertainment. Room was clean and comfortable, ample parking, super friendly staff. Has an indoor pool, but I didn’t have a chance to use it. Offered coffee and light breakfast delivered to the room. Would definitely stay here again, next time I am in the area!”
