Porzione di villa vista Vesuvio, composta da 4 camere da letto e con ampio terrazzo. Collocata a Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, in posizione collinare estremamente tranquilla, in uno dei luoghi più panoramici e suggestivi della Penisola Sorrentina e della Costiera Amalfitana.

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano della villa, ed offre una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Napoli e sul Vesuvio. E' composto da 4 camere da letto e un bagno al primo piano e da una cucina al piano terra. A disposizione c'è anche un terrazzo attrezzato di 105 mq. ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, che offre la possibilità di fare colazioni, pranzi e cene all'aperto. Il terrazzo vista mare è infatti dotato di ogni comfort per potersi rilassare e godere al meglio dello spettacolo che la natura offre. E' possibile parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della proprietà nel cortile al piano terra. Alla villa, posizionata sulle colline della Penisola Sorrentina, si accede tramite una stradina stretta, non adatta ad auto voluminose; è consigliabile infatti essere dotati di automobile.

La villa è situata a circa 1 km dal centro di Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, un caratteristico paesino ricco di fascino e calore, sulle colline tra Sorrento e Positano, e così chiamato perché domina dall'alto sia il golfo di Napoli che quello di Salerno.
I "Due Golfi" possono essere osservati dal Monastero delle Monache Benedettine sito sulla collina "Il Deserto", che si trova nelle immediate vicinanze della villa.
Grazie alla sua posizione, a 400 m. sul livello del mare, Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi gode di un clima estivo fresco e piacevole, ciò che serve per riposare dopo una lunga giornata di mare.
Sant'Agata è facilmente raggiungibile in auto o in autobus e la sua posizione permette di visitare facilmente le bellezze del territorio circostante. Distanza da Sorrento 7 km (scogli, piattaforme attrezzate e porto turistico per le isole di Capri e Ischia), da Positano 17 km, da Amalfi 30 km, da Pompei 30 km, da Ravello 40 km, da Napoli 60 km, dalla baia di Nerano 9 Km, con spiaggia attrezzata e possibilità di noleggio barche.

A richiesta si può provvedere al servizio trasporto da e per Napoli Stazione/Aereoporto. Il costo del servizio è a parte.

Nel comune di Massa Lubrense la tassa di soggiorno applicata come da Regolamento Comunale è di 3,00 € al giorno per persona; sono esenti i soggetti che alla data di inizio del pernottamento non hanno compiuto il 18° anno di età e i soggetti che hanno compiuto il 75° anno di età. L'intera somma dovrà essere versata al momento del check-in.

The accommodation.

The apartment is on the first floor of the villa, and offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. It consists of 4 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a 105 sqm equipped terrace available for the exclusive use of guests, which offers the possibility of making breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors. The terrace overlooking the sea is in fact equipped with every comfort to be able to relax and enjoy the best that nature has to offer. It is possible to park the car on the property’s courtyard on the ground floor. The villa, located on the hills of the Sorrento Peninsula, can be reached by a narrow road, not suitable for minivans; in fact, it is advisable to have a car.

The entire first floor and a portion of the ground floor will be available to guests for a total of approx. m. 100, in addition to the adjacent terrace of approx. 100 m. surrounding the house. Guests will have the opportunity to park their car in the courtyard on the ground floor.

The Villa is located in Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, Campania, Italy. The villa is located about 1 km from the center of Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, a characteristic village full of charm and warmth, on the hills between Sorrento and Positano, and so named because it dominates both the gulf of Naples and that of Salerno. The "Due Golfi" can be observed from the Monastery of the Benedictine Nuns located on the hill "Il Deserto", which is located in the immediate vicinity of the villa. Thanks to its location, 400 m. above sea level, Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi enjoys a cool and pleasant summer climate, what you need to rest after a long day at the beach. Sant'Agata is easily reachable by car or bus and its position allows you to easily visit the beauties of the surrounding area. Distance from Sorrento 7 km (rocks, equipped platforms and tourist port for the islands of Capri and Ischia), from Positano 17 km, from Amalfi 30 km, from Pompei 30 km, from Ravello 40 km, from Naples 60 km, from the bay of Nerano 9 Km, with equipped beach and possibility to rent boats.

For those arriving by plane, a bus from Naples Airport to Sorrento is available with frequent services. For those traveling by train, at the Naples Central station, you will find the regional train (Circumvesuviana) on the Naples-Sorrento route; in Sorrento you will find the local bus line (Sita) Sorrento-S'Agata section. From Naples you can reach Sorrento also by hydrofoil, from the port of Molo Beverello; the journey costs a little more than the train, but it is certainly more pleasant and characteristic. The Sorrento Peninsula is rich in gastronomic traditions and delicacies produced in our land. It is possible to participate in visits and tastings at local farms. The area is rich in evocative landscapes and fascinating paths for nature lovers and trekkers, who will be able to make truly unmissable routes, in enchanting nature and a blue flag sea. The location is in an ideal position to easily reach the places of greatest historical and artistic interest and the most glamorous tourist resorts in the region.

Other things to highlight.
In the municipality of Massa Lubrense the tourist tax applied as per Municipal Regulations is € 3.00 per person per day; exempt who at the check-in start date has not yet reached the age of 18 and who has completed 75 years of age. The full amount must be paid upon check-in.
