“Rome was clean but the lights did not work until we plugged the lights into the broken outlet. The refrigerator was not functioning and the night stand had a broken handle. There were probably other items that needed attention or repairs but the bed was good…”

“Staff very nice and check in was good. Property needs to be updated, ice machines did not work anywhere on property, bar advertised was never opened because of issues. Only one cart to move luggage in was in working condition. There is a convenience store in walking distance.”

“The hotel was in a good location. Seemed centrally located. Little things in the room that could be touched up. The staff was wonderful! The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!”

“Todo en general Bien exelente Ubicación,limpias areas y hab, buen desayuno, buen staff solo dos cosas malas el Aire Acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y habia poco shampoo en el recipiente y el primer dia se termino y al otro dia no lo repusieron.”

“The place is very clean the staff is friendly .My son and I stayed for a couple of days and we loved this place for the price . We didn’t have breakfast because we left our room early. But everything else was great.”
