“Struttura che non corrisponde alle foto pubblicizzanti. Volevamo fare un bagno in piscina ma abbiamo rinunciato. Camera vista parcheggio. Struttura datata. Mare non accessibile. Schiamazzi e urla nei corridoi. Non ci tornerei, per gli stessi soldi si trova di meglio.”

Camera ampia e comoda, silenziosa, con ottime dotazioni (phon, frigo, macchinetta da caffè americano), bagno con doccia comoda e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Wifi veloce, per essere a Maui ha anche un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.”

“Abbiamo alloggiato per tre giorni in questa struttura e per tutta la durata del soggiorno non è mai stata pulita la stanza e cambiato la biancheria. Alla reception si sono rimpallati le responsabilità, infine hanno lasciato a noi l’onere di contattare il manager telefonicamente che ha riconosciuto l’errore e gentilmente ci ha concesso un late check out. ”

“Hot tub was broken and seems to have been for awhile, obviously this is an important feature to be missing. Some of the extras like chairs and umbrellas are not in great condition, although they were nice to have. The breakfast offerings were fine although I wouldn't call it a bed and breakfast. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms and showers were good. Our room, the Hibiscus suite, was very nice with a comfy bed and pillows and a mini fridge. “What a fantastic hotel! I travelled to Maui with my husband and two children aged 5 & 8. Upton arrival the valet helped with our bags, gave the children and us gorgeous necklaces and check-in was quick! I didn’t like that the room we received was such a stretch to walk to so came back and the really helpful manager, despite being almost at full capacity moved us to a higher room category with a beautiful partial ocean view. “Rooms are very basic and need a deep cleaning. We had a lizard and a dead roach in the middle of the room. Furniture,lamps, door and windows were pretty dusty. Amenities not on a 5 stars level. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the outside areas, very relaxing and quiet. We did not have the time to use the pool or join any calssss.”

“This was a beautiful villa across the street from the grand wailea. Booking included full use of the resort, which was excellent. Included was a shuttle service with uber-like app that we could use to go anywhere within a 1 mile radius. This was a great stay”
