Located in the coveted Las Palmas Downtown District. This newly renovated century old home is a rare treat. From the thoughtful accommodations and exceptional styling, expect your stay to have all the essentials and much more. Walking distance to Main Street, Casa Palmero is close to some of the best brunch spots, fine dining, and nightlife. Or stay in and enjoy the beautiful patio area. This listing includes the 2bed Casita. To book only the Main house at a lower price, please contact the host.

The Space:
Main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the Guest house has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a full kitchen and living area.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole property. If you would like to book the main house ONLY, please contact the host for the link to that listing. Also, please note, if you choose to book the main house ONLY the back house will remain vacant and not be occupied by any other guest.

The Neighborhood:
Our Neighborhood is one of McAllen's most desirable areas centrally located in Heart of De Palmas Historic District. Just minutes from McAllen's most popular dining destinations and shopping. In addition, you will be staying less than 10min from McAllen Airport and La Plaza Mall.

Getting Around:
There are 4 dedicated carport spots and street parking is free.

Other Things to Note:
To turn on the lights to the patio there is a red switch on the northwest corner of the main house .

My grandson played a football tournament this past weekend. My son looked at hotels until I found this wonderful home. I said it has a washer and dryer and my daughter said we need to was his uniform. When we got there this house didn’t disappoint. We rented the main and rear house. VERY affordable with lots of space. 5 adults and 2 kids and we could have added people. Never felt crowded. Great beds, great bathrooms, great kitchens, plenty of storage space. My wife and her cousin are already planning a trip back. Thanks Brandon, you communicated promptly when we needed help.

We were in town for my father’s 80th birthday celebration and late holiday gift exchange. We had 4 couples and 2 children under 2 and this house was PERFECT for our needs. There was a lot of space for everyone to gather together in the same room to visit while also allowing for each couple to have their own bedroom so they could get away for a nap or downtime. The giant private back patio was a big bonus for a little outdoor time in the fabulous RGV weather. The location was perfect and the property management was responsive to any requests and very timely and professional with any communications. If I could give this property 10 stars, I would. Best VRBO experience yet.

Perfect location, wonderful amenities and house is as lovely as it looks in the photos. Took advantage of the courtyard for family gathering and the small casita for extra bedrooms. Great accommodations for our stay.

I stayed for two nights. When we first arrived there was a slight problem with the guest house opening but the host was quick to fix that. The host also made sure we felt at home by leaving a bunch of amenities of which included snacks and various toiletries.
