So glad I chose this house!

This was a great experience in a home away from home rental. The house was very clean, seemed like a new house. Easy to get to, close to shopping and food. The house was equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Highly recommend this location.

Nice Property in Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed 5 nights at this relatively new property on a quiet residential street. Everything was clean, modern & well maintained. The owner was very responsive in providing clear check-in instructions & responded quickly to a query about operation of the climate control system. The reason for the overall 4 rating is that the furnishings are a bit lacking. There is no coffee table in the LR and no chairs in any of the bedrooms. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms lack even bed-side tables. We found the high kitchen table with stools to be very uncomfortable. While the Wifi was good, the TV in the LR was often problematic and even unresponsive at times. This is a really nice place & we would stay here again but a few additions could really make it top notch.

Wonderful overall experience!!!

One of the things that stood out to me besides the beauty of the home is the safety. I run every morning and noticed a couple of safety features others may not notice. One, there is only 1 way in and out of the neighborhood. It is a small neighborhood. Second, there are camera's on almost on every house which made me feel safe while I was running. I totally recommend this as the place to stay if your coming to town! Felt like I was at my own home.

Comfortable house in Central McAllen

This is a great property to stay. The house and others in the neighborhood are newly built. House has modern amenities and design. Beds are comfortable, showers are great. Spacious kitchen and dining area, lots of lights and switches, ceiling fans for desired ambience. Master bedroom and bath are large as is the walk in closets. Guest rooms are also spacious. Property is centrally located in McAllen and easy access to anyplace in the RGV. Great stay and highly recommend.

Beautiful home

Modern, comfortable home near stores and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the home kept up well but the cleaners must have used dirty mops. We take our shoes off when entering the house and when we looked at the bottom of our socks they were black. The floor is a grey/brown so you can’t tell they are dirty. The kitchen just has 4 place settings so we were forced to do dishes by hand after every meal which was a hassle. Four more place settings help when you have 4 people staying.

Beautiful home

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The neighborhood was very quiet, the house had so much room for my three year old to run around and play. We will def be booking here again if we ever come back to mc Allen.
