“Absolutely outstanding stay. The hilltop location is special and the view looking east in the morning is breathtaking and peaceful. The room was spotless and comfortable, and everything felt well cared for. Breakfast was amazing with great variety and quality and easily one of the highlights of the stay. Staff was welcoming and professional, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic and comfortable...

The location is fantastic, close to great shopping and dining, yet the room itself was incredibly calming and serene. It felt cozy, homey, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. This was one of those stays where you immediately feel at ease. I can’t recommend The Colonial House highly enough and will absolutely be staying here again!”

“Friendly staff and easy check in, clean rooms (with a really nice mini fridge and freezer), affordable stay. My only gripe was the beds were sadly pretty uncomfy and our TV didn't work, but overall we really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend as a cost-saving option.”

“Room was clean and fresh. Room temperature was controllable. Bathroom is good sized, plenty of room. Only complaint would be the bathroom sink, the faucet is placed so poorly that you can barely put your hands under the running water. Breakfastwas hot and fresh, ready at 6am.”
