“Room was very clean but we had a problem with a very loud air conditioner, they moved us to another room, even louder, then they basically told us to just deal with it. I had to use noise canceling ear buds to sleep”

“I’ve grown tired of the mediocrity. I finally changed hotels on my last visit and it was way better - breakfast, clean rooms, nice televisions, great connections to apps. Here - it’s pretty much the opposite.”

“Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baytown recently and overall it was an average experience, not quite matching the rating. The room itself was decent and worked fine for a short stay, but there were a few issues. My wife noticed the hallway had a strong weed smell, which wasn’t ideal. There was also a beeping noise outside that went on through the night, and at one point it sounded like there was some street racing nearby.
