“Per il prezzo dell’hotel e il prestigio del brand Hilton ci saremmo aspettati un servizio migliore. Struttura moderna sopra al casino Cadillac Jack. Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti (gruppo di 4 in due camere) e abbiamo avuto problemi con la pulizia della camera. Infatti l’hotel fa la pulizia delle camere a giorni alterni, ma questo non è scritto da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione online. “It took a while for someone to come up to front desk to check-in and there was not a bell to ring. Also, it seemed most of the stairwells down went right into the casino which is not ideal with a child, so we had to walk back up and take elevator.”

“There was close and easy assigned parking. Loved staying here. Very cool building and great staff. Only complaint is the beds ans pillows are not good. But would stay here again!”

“This hotel is amazing. I love the old building mixed in with new amenities. You do have to park about 3 blocks away in a ramp, but, for the location it was worth it. Casino and Gift Shop located very close to the front desk. The one thing I wish was explained better was if the products in the fridges near the front desk were for guests to take....like coffees, waters, etc... being there isn't a breakfast/restaurant on property we thought maybe there were for the taking but weren't sure. ...
