Hotel in zona Meadow Bay, Lake Arrowhead

“Left my gold ring on the side of microwave tried reaching out to staff about it they asked me to leave a message to the manager , they haven’t called back seem too not be interested in helping out at this point I’ll take the loss yeah it’s my mistake but atleast have some type of effort in helping out or reaching out would be nice, I run a business and I know the moment I get a whiff of something shady going on that would be a priority oh well just don’t leave your stuff in hotel rooms. “This hotel is in a great location for those who don't like over busy or crowded cities. Our stay was great and we had a peaceful night. The hotel was clean and well maintained.”

“What a great place to stay, we booked 2 nights with my husband and our 5 year old, the rooms are very decent size, but the best was how clean it was, the beds, the restroom, the entire room was spotless. Thank you 😊”

“The worst experience ever. We arrived for the check-in and after the registration the guy at the front desk asked for the deposit (THE ROOM AND TAXES WERE ALREADY PAID). So we gave him a card,it didn't work;we gave him another card,it didn't work and so we gave him another card and it didn't work. So we thought it was a connection problem but it was not because the guy exlained us that them as a hotel don't accept card that are not from America. “We loved out stay! Our cabin had everything we needed, and space to chill. When it got a touch warm, our hosts were quick to bring us a fan. The property is super cute with a modern vibe and a perfect kitchen. Our kids loved the queen bunk beds and the games in the cabin made for great memories. We’ll be back!”

“There is no one in the office to check us in. The wifi doesn't work. I contacted staff and they texted back "I will check now". The next day I asked back and no response. The original text asked us to take trash out to the dumpster next to the house, but there isn't a dumpster. The hot tub and pool are both empty and dry. There are lots of ants and spiders in the rooms.”

“The bottoms of my feet were black from walking on floor, not swept or mopped. Dishes had food spots from previous guests, patio furniture in living room, none of the furniture matched, small lumpy sofa, not rustic, just outdated and dirty”

“As of June 2026, the pictures don't reflect it's true condition. We stayed in room 17, (lake view) which is rundown and needs improvement. The main door and hardware are interior grade and didn't feel secure. In the pictures, note the 'wetbar' and TV location. The 32" TV is more than 15' from the beds, like you need binoculars to view it. Our bath vanity was loose from the wall and had no hot water. The shower tile had more grout repairs than original grout. And the single light fixture left...
