“Staff was very pleasant and parking was convenient”

“No elevator for this property. The ice from the ice machine tasted like s**t. The microwave didn’t work.”

“Nice stay, clean hotel, friendly staff, easy access to the beach and nice pool. Could use a couple more umbrellas poolside. Bed pillows not great. Very lumpy so bring your own. Preference was to stay on the second floor, not the first floor with the doors out to parking lot. Breakfast is basic bagels, waffles, toast, muffins, yogurt and cereal. Kids really loved the waffles.”

“If you pay for a resort, even if you go through a third-party, you should get all the amenities of the resort. After paying the resort fees, we were not able to utilize the Fourth of July picnic or other activities they had. If we would’ve known that in advance, we may have paid for it in advance, but by staying in the same hotel, paying resort fees, even if we had to stay on the south side of the building, it still should be included there no free amenities like water in lobby or continental...

“This hotel is very cute, clean and centrally located to the downtown Leonardtown area. Parking was very accessible and easy and I loved that breakfast was included. My only issue was the woman working at the front desk when we checked in. She was grumpy and not very friendly. We arrived at noon so we understood it was early and that all of our rooms might not yet be ready, but she seemed annoyed at us! And didn’t offer any accommodations to help us settle in after a 7 hour drive.”
