“Lady in front desk was kind she let us check out at 12 with no charge but the only bad thing you can’t check in before 3pm , we stay for two days due to Navy ceremony so we arrive 11am and me and my daughter we have to wait 4hrs to have a room which is really bad I ask the lay in front desk if don’t have any room available and she said maybe yeah but check in is at 3pm , Lady in the cafeteria was super nice always with a smile and good attitude I don’t know her name but she is pretty too...

“What a lovely property! I love the innovative way this hotel presents itself. The lobby design is open and well lit. The food bar is easy to approach at each station. I loved the round area for plates, utensils, cereals, etc. Coffee is the BEST! Rooms are great—beds, bathroom (love the walk-in shower), blinds (wow). We stayed three night while in area for a wedding. I’ll look for Avids on future trips. ”

“This could be a great hotel if updated a bit. Its an older hotel, but clean. The king bed was comfortable. The landscaping was nice but needed attention. The price was good for what you paid for... a clean bed and shower. It’s not a resort, but adequate for a good night's sleep. ”

“Booked this room for a one night stay. Once I entered my room I regretted it immediately. The online pictures are deceiving. My room was dirty, the television didn’t work. There was no phone in the room and there was urine left in the toilet. The longer I sat in the room the more I began to itch. I left the room to make the front desk aware of the conditions. Just to be told this is how it is and he wasn’t responsible for housekeeping or shall I say lack there of. He offered me another...
