Peaceful Rogue Riverfront interni del 3 Acres!

Il River House è il perfetto "casa base" per il rafting, trekking, e fuga pesca di questa bella e incontaminata zona selvaggia situata sul Wild and Scenic fiume Rogue. The River House offre un ambiente tranquillo e privato lungo 300 piedi di fronte al fiume su tre acri di terra bellissima con tutti i comfort per farvi sentire come a casa. La cucina è ben fornito e avrà tutto il necessario durante il vostro soggiorno tra cui le spezie, basi alimentari dispensa, frullatore, cucina mixer aiutante, robot da cucina Cuisinart, grande piastra paese, e molto altro ancora! Camere tutte dotate di letti comodi, lenzuola di fascia alta e cuscini soffici. I bagni sono dotati di un sacco di asciugamani, sapone, carta igienica, fazzoletti, e altro ancora. Recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con tutto il necessario per una vacanza perfetta. Godetevi il ponte 16x40 ft si affaccia sul fiume con un grill a gas per cucinare su! pit ferro di cavallo nel cortile con vista sul fiume offre un sacco di divertimento in famiglia. Acri di spazio aperto cortile erba per gettare tutto il calcio, giocare tag torcia elettrica, lanciare un frisbee per il cane, praticare il vostro swing golf, correre e giocare, è il nome! La nostra spiaggia privata di ghiaia bar si trova sul lungofiume facile portata con grande pesca - faremo anche fornire le canne da pesca e le sedie pieghevoli per portare verso il fiume e immergere i piedi in acqua! Questa casa si trova poco distante dalla 'Brushy Chutes' - un posto per la pesca per il trofeo salmone e testa in acciaio! Un sacco di parcheggio di fronte alla casa per le auto, camion e barche. Lancio ponte di barche di Robertson si trova a solo 1 miglio di distanza. Parco nazionale di Crater Lake, Oregon Caves, Britt Festival, Ashland Shakespeare Festival e più si trovano a un'ora di macchina o meno. Questo è il posto per la miscela perfetta di relax e avventura. Che il divertimento abbia inizio!

The dog run made staying with our dogs so nice and easy. There are deer everywhere. Very peaceful setting. They have really thought of every little detail. We would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet & relaxing with large deck & park like backyard with large pines & view of Rogue River. The house was supplied with the widest varieties of kitchen appliances & accessories etc than any other VRBO we’ve stayed at. We ate all of our meals this vacation cooked at the home. So this attribute made cooking all meals very easy.

This property was very clean and accommodated our guests perfectly. The host was friendly and had great communication and quick response times. Very family friendly location. We all very much enjoyed our stay and would love to try to go back again some time. I would venture to say this was the best experience I have had with a rental property.

This is a great relaxing place to stay. It has everything you need to stay in, cook your meals and relax. It is also very pet friendly with an enclosed pet area or a large yard to let them run. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful home and great location. Super clean and well stocked with basic necessities. Comfortable beds and clear instruction from host for check in and check out. We loved hanging out on the deck and the river access was actually better than I thought it would be. We even saw a fox run through the backyard. Thanks for letting us stay!

The Riverhouse

Booked this for the Fourth of July weekend, my wife and I and some friends.Beautiful setting! The house is great, well set up & lots of room.Spent all day at the river. It was just right, not too cold or too hot. Was shallow enough that you could wade out way to chest deep easy. Our dog loved it too! Our hosts were excellent, stayed in contact with us and even let us check in early. Great stay we really enjoyed it!

Dangerous swing

It was a relaxing and comfortable stay for my 91 yr old mother n law. The only 3 minor issues were that the toilet in the en suite master made a whistling noise. The childs swing that my grandkids played on, broke, and was also hanging from a rotten branch and would be very dangerous if it broke. The cover on the barbeque was brittle and stuck to the not very clean grill. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again

Relaxing weekend

This was a beautiful property to stay on for a holiday weekend. We enjoyed the fall colors and fire pit. The river access is pretty steep and was hard for my handicap son to access but we were able to get him to the river with a lot of support. The house was really clean and there are a lot of fun games and puzzles.

Wonderful home and beautiful location

Hands down, one of the best VRBO properties we have ever visited. Spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need included on the property. Very grateful that pets are allowed. We had a fabulous time and so did our dog. The river was lovely and we enjoyed watching the boats and wildlife. Also found some wonderful parks in the area if you are looking for additional walking areas.

River House

We had a great time it was a beautiful place. We went down to the river and played with our dog.we played horseshoes and backgammon. It was awesome watching the deer roam through the yard in the evening we had black tail deer and mule deer.

Perfect house on the Rogue

Enjoyed the property and house. Very clean and comfortable. Yard was huge and had wildlife roaming through. Access to the lake was a little sketchy but doable. Internet sucks so don’t plan on watching tv.

The River House was perfect!

We stayed at The River House to gather as a family (driving from as far as Burns and Eugene/Corvallis) and celebrate my husband’s apprenticeship turnout graduation. Our plan was to float the Rogue River and be able to float up to the house at the end of the river trip, which we DID and it was awesome. The house itself was very clean and comfortable - beds are VERY comfortable and pillows too, not cheap like a lot of vacation rentals. Same with bathroom towels and wash clothes, all quality linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever need and the pantry too! They even have a crockpot which we used to make pulled pork sliders for after the river float. The yard is steeper than expected, for some reason the photos look flatter than it is. The trail to the river was more of a trek than expected as well, but was do-able even for my 75 year old mother and my 19week pregnant self! (Rope at the bottom is helpful). The current was minimal so safe for the dog and kids. We lost power during our last night there which made the home extremely hot (to be expected during the first weekend of August in Grants Pass/Merlin!), but the owners responded to my messages right away and were very gracious in other ways to try to offset the inconvenience of no power or running water. They even mailed back a pair of glasses that a family member mistakenly left at the house, which was above and beyond kind! We will definitely stay at this house again!

Best Friends Reunion On The River

This house is very nice, well stocked. River acces is difficult if you have any walking issues. Communication with the oweners was quick. Very helpful having every cabinet and cupboard labeled. 5 of us stayed there and there was more than enough room

Perfect vaca home for us!

This was our 1st time staying in this home and it was just perfect for us! We were in town for a family wedding in Merlin so location was great. Clean and AC temp perfect upon arrival. Very quiet neighborhood...Home nicely decorated, nice furnishing, comfortable beds with nice linens and bedding (and the 2 rollaway beds were just right for our 11 and 7 y/o granddaughters), kitchen nicely stocked, large variety of family games, newish washer and dryer. The back deck and yard was our favorite hang-out! Adequate gravel beach/play area where the kids played in the river and us adults sat in the beach chairs provided by the hosts oooo'ing and awwww'ing at the eagles flying and fishing... and of course, waving at the jet boats zooming by! Very clear instructions about check in and check out. Communication with hosts was prompt. We are looking for reasons to go back! Would definitely recommend staying at this property.
