Located at this beautiful Southbank high rise, enjoy the views of the city and bay from my 46th floor apartment and bask in all the glory this amazing apartment and city lifestyle have to offer.

The Space:
Melbourne Square gives you access to the best of Southbank and beyond. Just moments to Melbourne's Arts and Cultural precinct, world class Crown Entertainment Complex, Federation Square, Royal Botanic Gardens, Clarendon Street shops and eateries, South Melbourne Market, endless choice of CBD attractions, trams on Queensbridge Street and Flinders Street Station

Features include:

- Bed linens and towels

- Ducted heating and cooling

- High speed wifi

- Super market in the building

Guest Access:
Guests can also have access to the pool and gym facilities in the building but must undergo an induction with building management first.

Induction times are Monday to Friday 7pm and Sat 8am so guests will need to plan accordingly as we are not able to do this on their behalf.

Other Things to Note:
** PLEASE NOTE: TV is a smart TV connected to internet only. No local cable/channels available. **

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **

Okay, communication with Aaron not good, unable to get the internet working, so no television for the four days we stayed,our son tried to get wifi working to no avail.

Great views and well located but others not meeting expectation

The apartment has great views and is well located. However the beds were not comfortable, we booked it for 5 nights and was unable to have a good night sleep as we could feel the springs in the mattresses. It was advertised with high speed Wifi but it didn't work the entire period when we were there, we were given different wifi names and passwords to try, none of them worked and wasted so much time on it, a big disappointment especially the TV relied on the wifi.
