“Clean room”

“The staff and property generally were top notch. The towels were thin, not up to drury standards, and the pillows were really miserable little lumps that smelled of chemicals. Totally unacceptable. Other than that, the room was clean and the, shower spectacular.”

“The rooms are improperly labeled. I had reserved a queen room and it had a double bed in it. After going to the front desk about it, I was informed that there are no queen beds and we would have to pay more to upgrade into a king. They weren’t very nice about it, and I had to pay more money for it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“The hotel appeared to be very new ...the decor was fresh and bright and the room was clean and inviting. We were mostly out of the hotel for pleasure, but we can imagine it would be comfortable for a business trip too.”

“Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and personable. The pool was at a great temperature. Unfortunately the Jets in the hot tub were not working. On our last day, the breakfast was delayed in opening because of a staffing issue, but the front desk staff handled it really well. Good variety at breakfast and nice common area near the lobby to play games with our family. We would stay there again.”

“Filthy property. Everyone except the sheets and towels is dirty. Do not stay here. Room smells of mold and the bathtub does not drain. Just awful. If you are used to the Quality Inn you brand will be very disappointed.”

“The fitness center was a joke 2 bikes and a treadmill which did not work; floor was sticky carpet was moist. Never had houskeeping over a 4 day stay. Breakfast was pedestrian.”

“Friendly staff and very clean. When we first arrived, we just missed social hour, but the lady serving up the appetizers offered all that they had left to us. We actually ate that for supper and watched two of our favorite TV shows in the lobby. Very sweet people! Great experience!”

“Check in was a breeze. We were a large group of 5 adults with a baby, room was adequate size and served our family. Breakfast options were plentiful, well stocked and clean. All spaces were clean. Only feedback was room temperature was warmer than we would have liked, even with thermostat set lower. Also the bathtub spout didn’t fully engage leaving the shower not working the best. This was mentioned to front desk and they said that they would check it :-) overall very pleased and would...
