The home was nice, but lacked a lot of essential items like towels, bath soap, dish soap, dishware. The master bath is missing a door for privacy. Main bath shades did not fully close and not private from outside. Home was advertised for many people but only very limited cups and dishes. Some broken fixtures in the kitchen as well. We did not feel safe in the neighborhood.

Not recommend for any one with some disabilities. Transition from dining room to kitchen a tripping hazard for any one. Back deck has loose boards and nail protruding. Text sent to host regarding item left behind. Host responded would check with cleaning crew and never heard back. Cleaning crew could use lesson in cleaning. Floors definitely need deep cleaning

My stay was very, very pleasant very good. The owner came when we had a couple of problems and he brought all the coffee pot. He brought batteries for the TV set. The only thing we had a problem with was the Wi-Fi. The password did not work and then when I received the message from him, we were getting ready to go, but other than that, we had another problem we were all Over 65 and we would’ve loved to have had television sets in all of our rooms when you get to a certain age, you wanna go out and enjoy your day and you wanna come back relaxing in your bed and watch TV I think if you add television set to your room that would greatly Enhance your property but other than that, your property was very beautiful the area and everything five stars on it thank you so much

Overall great house

The house was great inside, the owner was reaponsive when the code didn't work. Wifi codes didn't work but we were ok for an overnight stay. If you come the main way the directions take you, the neighborhood doesn’t seem the best, but the other side is nice. We didn't feel unsafe at all. Being that it close to 4th of July, I will hope we heard fireworks and not the alternative. Again we were happy for an overnight stay. The park across the street looked nice.

Beautiful decor

Before we got to the home, we had to drive 3 miles out of the way because a train had stopped on the tracks.When pulling up to the home we noticed the grass was overgrown and not cut causing mosquitoes to be horrible. Neither the front porch or the back deck could be used.Because it had not been cleaned off. The home on the inside is beautiful.I would love to have a home decorated like that. Some of the floor tiles are separated and raised, so be careful when walking. The dishes were dirty We had to wash them before we could use them. The knives were very dull.Had to purchase knives. The fan remote controls work on all fans. So if you're sitting in the living room trying to work a fan it may also be working the ones in the bedrooms. With that being said , I would stay here again because the inside of the home is beautiful.

will start by saying the interior of the house is absolutely beautiful! Problems: no door on the bathroom in the back bedroom, not enough towels, in the back bathroom there needs to be some kind of a shelf in the shower to place soap, shampoo, etc. And a shower bench would be nice. not enough coffee cups.

Cute and roomy house

We only stayed 1 night. The house is very roomy. Master bed was comfortable. It is about 3 houses down from an active train track but the train noise was not bothersome. On the negative side, there were no towels or wash clothes in either bathroom. Luckily there were 2 towels and 1 wash cloth in the dryer.

Nice comfortable home

The neighborhood is a historical district, with a great park across the street. The neighbors were friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Good House Bad Location

The house was clean and the neighbors were nice. It was 12-15 minutes from our activities. It has modern furnishing and a big screen TV.There is no door to the bathroom in the master bedroom and there is no ice maker. The house is near a railroad crossing and you hear the train warning signal during the day and night. We were uncomfortable in this neighborhood because there are 2 houses that are boarded-up on this street and the people congregating in the park across the street each evening were very loud and obnoxious. I will not stay here again.

Memphis stay

The house was nice. However the location of the home was less than ideal. There were gunshots close by one night and many houses in the area boarded up. If the house was in a different location it would be a great place to stay

Great location!

We stayed here on our way from the beach. I chose it for its large backyard. After 7 hours of driving it was the perfect place to stretch our legs. Not to mention had a great park just across the street. Everything in the house had been redone with some nice features! Plenty of beds for my 3 year old twins, 6 year old son, and my husband and I. Only heads up I would give were even with the brand new touchups, it looks like people have damaged. The barn door that closes the master bath is broken pretty badly and if you have littles like do, there is a beautiful large mirror in the dinning room. If you have high anxiety about your wee ones and large mirrors that is something to note. However, mine did fine. Overall, nothing that would bump it from 5 stars. Great place. Great communication.
