“Upon arrival my non smoking room was a smoking room. Finally get them to change it after they said they couldnt. The 1st room the key wouldnt unlock so the manager had to unlock with his manual key. He said he could just let me in every time i needed in my room. I requested a different room. He finally agreed. The 2nd room reaked of cigarettes. The blanket had cigarette holes all over it. He said it was a nonsmoking room. The microwave was diagusting. It dropped in the 50s at night and the heat...

“Loved our stay at Arrive! The only downside to the hotel is that so damn many people from outside the property love the coffee shop and bar. LOL. Makes it hard to be there as a guest, it is so busy!”

“This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast.”

It could use a better cleaning all over and shampoo the carpets(you can smell them), the front desk staff was awesome, one housekeeper was nice but the rest of the housekeeping staff needs training including the housekeeping supervisor, she promised me that housekeeping would clean our room and replace our towels since we were there 2 days, they didn’t even breathe in our room! No indoor pool and the outside pool is out of order I guess smh no microwave in the rooms A bottle...

“Purtroppo al momento sono molto delusa. La camera risulta con mobilio molto datato e rovinato. La te da del bagno sulla vasca è tutta strappata. La sedia della scrivania fa veramente “schifo”. Ho fatto una foto anche se non penso di poterla pubblicare. La zona è poco raccomandabile. Abbiamo difronte a noi due “bande” che entrano ed escono di continuo dalle stanze tenendo addirittura le porte aperte. Se sarà così tutta la notte siamo a posto.
