“Second stay for us-always peaceful and love the sound of the waves. The weather was a bit uncooperative, lots of wind, so did not get to spend time on the porch which we like but good relaxation time.”

“Excellent views and location. It was larger than expected based on the photos. Ideally situated in Mendocino. The whole town is walkable from here. A short walk to the steps (behind the church) to the beach. Excellent restaurants nearby (Trillium! GoodLife!). Walking distance to the grocery store and health food store. Short drive to beautiful hikes (Russian Gulch State Park) and kayaking. Highly recommend.”

“Had a lovely two day stay at this property. Great for accessing the coast especially Mendocino to Fort Bragg. The property sits high above the river and we enjoyed dining on the porch watching birds and seals swimming up and down the river. Host was very timely in responding to questions. ”

“It was a very, very nice place to stay. It was as accurate as the pictures. The Innis were very sweet, very nice people greeted us in and said goodbye when we left. Thank you. The redwoods were at arms reach in there yard. We even had the Deer family visit us too. David & Loretta ”

“My friends and I stayed for a weekend to attend another friend's wedding. The place was clean and exactly what we needed. The only downside was that the bed off of the kitchen only had a curtain between the bed and the kitchen, but that was clearly known form the description of the property in the advertisement. All in all a good place to stay with friends for a weekend.”

“Spectacular views of the ocean. Cute little studio room with all amenities. The kitchen. Was great, full fridge, gas stove, shower, ceiling fan and good air flow. The owner is a retired construction contractor so the place is nice. We loved the conversation starter questions left for us which we used instead of watching TV”

“We absolutely loved staying here! It was the perfect little place for our long weekend to Northern Cali! Place was clean, hostess was kind and helpful, grounds were breathtaking!!! ”

“The Mendocino art center is wonderful. We loved being in town and so near the ocean. We loved our little apartment. The only thing I would request is that the outdoor lights are super bright, for them to be turned off at night. They’re not gentle lights. They are very bright, LED blue lights. Even though we had curtains, the lights came in from all around and made the room pretty bright at night. We stayed for two nights, and both mornings around 5:00 AM, somebody banged around in the shed below...

"Ci hanno avvertito all’arrivo che la struttura non prevedeva le pulizie giornaliere. Ci siamo accordati per pulizia dopo 3 giorni ma nessuno è venuto a pulire. Inoltre la wifi saltava in continuazione. I canali tv si scollegavano dipo 10 minuti di visione e quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazione, la risposta della reception è stata che lei non guardava mai la tv! Insistendo perché mettessero a posto il problema, ci ha detto di provare a spegnere e riaccendere (che ovviamente non ha risolto nulla. Infine in bagno l’acqua era sempre bollente, anche se il rubinetto era impostato su fredda. Peccato perché il posto era carino, ma i servizi sono stati pessimi"
