I will start by saying that the villa was just as described and was spotlessly clean, However there were some maintenance problems. The bathroom on the ground floor had an awful smell, even with the window open. Upstairs in the en-suite bathroom the washbasin plugs (which were push down plugs) did not work, the toilet did not always flush correctly (the cistern would not refill every time) and the shower door did not close properly meaning we had to mop the bathroom floor every time it was used. The shower glass in the other bathroom was not properly fixed to the wall so again water could escape. I did make the agent aware of these problems and she did say she could send maintenance but I declined as I didn't want our holiday interupted and as there were only two of us we could use bits of the two bathrooms upstairs. Obviously it would have been quite different if there had been six of us staying. In the garden the 3 reclining chairs were very uncomfortable and you couldn't lie flat. There were 2 flat beds but they were hidden round the back and broken. Again if there had been six staying there would not have been enough for everyone to enjoy the sun. The garden in fact desperately needed some TLC. If all this could be corrected then I would have given it 10 out of 10 but as it is we won't be staying there again.
