“I will start this review by stating the staff was friendly. But the room, was one of the worst I have seen in my travels. The room was dirty, moldy, had trash remaining in it, sheets and beds were not clean, shower was not clean. THERE WAS A MOLDY LOAF OF WONDER BREAD BEHIND THE MICROWAVE! The room was bad enough I did not feel comfortable staying with my family and we had to book a new room at a different location. The area did not feel secure either.”

“This place was filthy, and since I rushed during completing my reservation, I didn’t notice the smoking rooms, so our room was a smoking room and was filthy, random hairs and stink bugs everywhere. It was horrible.”

“Hot water was hit or miss . Was told boiler was down once I arrived. Didn’t ask for a security deposit to offset the issue with the hot water. Not sure who came up with that idea but only reason we stayed because it was prepaid with no warning of, Sorry for the inconvenience , we are having an issue with our boiler we will offer you the ability of a refund if you like. ”

“Uncleaned filthy rear entrance, vestibule. Room carpet filthy, ceiling from ac vent dusty. Needs a deep cleaning. However, the bed linens and towels smelled clean; the garden tub worked well. One of the clean beds was busted and it shifted. Metal shards from the bed poked out on both sides and cut the legs every time you get close. Room maids stationed their cart in the middle of the aisle so you couldn’t squeeze past. (Poorly trained). The front facade appears inviting but the rear facade is...
