“This house has two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One bathroom (one of the listings stated 1). The outside of the house needs work. It would have been nice to be out on the deck enjoying the weather but needs updating. Beds are comfortable and linens seem new. Spacious inside. The location is next to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, music, shopping. Some items were broken and I did let the owners know. They were easy to contact. ”

“The property was very clean and organized. There was plenty of room for a family of five plus a dog. The amount amenities was (washer/dryer, fully stocked Kitchen, towels both bath and beach were very impressive. The grill was a great option. We truly enjoyed the 7 minute walk to the beach. The overall experience from start to finish with the property management has been wonderful. We are looking forward to going back!!”

“This was an amazing stay! We loved the house, the view over the lake is incredible! It was an incredibly peaceful stay, with lots of things to do on the water. We spent a lot of time fishing with our kids and letting them swim out to the floating dock. Everyone had a great time. The house is very clean and there are the amenities were great. The hosts certainly think of everything! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay that really want to enjoy...

“Great location, very clean, can bike to the beaches, and there are at least two beach restaurants at the end of the street. Close to Newburyport as well. Hope they get those curtains in on the second floor fixed and there is a vent outside the upstairs bathroom (outside) that needs a hood replaced or it makes noise on a windy night. Such small things true my, and it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again!!!”
