“There were bugs/ants crawling on me in the bathroom when I was going to the bathroom and once when I was sitting at the desk. I let the staff know and they’ve done nothing about it. My refrigerator wouldn’t open because it wasn’t made for the cabinet they put it in so the door couldn’t open because the hinge kept blocking it. “The breakfast was amazing.The front desk staff were amazing, and gave us the extra pillows we requested. The the housekeeping staff was surley and refused to clean our room when asked. The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero.”

“Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The free breakfast was good and plentiful. Stayed here for one night so not much else to say. There aren't any food options near by, so if you don't have a car, that may be an issue for you. However, the hotel itself is great.”

“This property is OK- depends on what you're looking for. POOL IS STILL CLOSED AS OF 5/3/26. We've stayed here a couple times because of its proximity to NHMS. Will we stay again? Oh probably. Pros: -Rooms are clean -Beds are comfortable -Close to both Concord and NHMS -Breakfast spread is alright Cons: -No pool currently -Rooms are not even remotely sound-proof.
