“I only gave it a 4 because the POOL AREA is undergoing a MAJOR RENNO. It looks like some serious money is being spent to upgrade the pool and surrounding area. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON THEY DID NOT GET A 5 ON PROPERTY and AREA RATINGS. Otherwise a solid 5 as the property is well manicured and kept.”
